I tried Jersey Mike's for the 1st time about a week ago and have had it 4x since! All 4x the subs were perfection!
The staff is always personable, even humorous, the food fresh and the restaurants are super clean. We'll definitely be back for more!

Ordered on line, apparently the printer or some part of them knowing our order was not realized until I got there. OK, these things happen. I don't expect a big apology, but not a word was said after they knew my order. Literally no words were spoken by the person who made our sandwiches. Great, you can make a sandwich, how about a thanks for waiting or have a good night.

The worst location u can got there 30 min before they close or 20 and they'll tell you to leave there closed, any other location, never a problem, never come to this location after 830 even this they close 9pm... horrible service happen to me twice, the first time some1 called and asked why you shit the lights....trash service

I ordered one tuna sub, they do not change their gloves between customers, and everything was being contaminated. While I was waiting for my sandwich the lady who im assuming was a manager or had more experience asked her coworker what he was making and then switched the bread of the sandwich which was already half way made with meat on it to another piece she had that had mayo on it. Then, put the first piece back where they store the bread im assuming for another customer. The crosscontamination is horrible there, and when I was up to put the topping on my sandwich the guy doing it doused my sandwich in vinger and was making comments about the tuna, which looked weird and tasted off. It seems I'm not the only one who has had a similar encounter with them based on the reviews. 10/26 at around 7pm
First time at this new location. Employees were very nice and the sandwich was fantastic as always .

There were Bugs in the sandwich. Today I stopped there for lunch with my co worker . She opened her sandwich and there were bugs inside it. The women behind the counter when we told her at first tried to take the sandwich and put on new paper, we said no that's not how you fix it. Then next she tried to take the contents of the sandwich and put it on new bread .
Never got a sorry from them, this place is bad customer sevice and obviously dirty.

Usually I don’t complain about places because I appreciate everyone jobs but at this occasion I think is necessary . Just one new guy on training apparently was trying to provide a good service to us, young girl supervisor was rude when my family was trying to order and then she left the new guy doing the whole order while she was laughing and screaming on the back with another two guys.
