I cannot in good faith recommend Lizard Lounge to anyone. Their response to dealing with being called out for employees sexually harassing the guests is to victim blame and retaliate towards the women who have been affected by the harassment. highly unprofessional. I left a review on google maps but it seems to have been deleted or hidden by the business. really sleezy behavior. I'm disgusted.

This place was once a fun spot for me and my friends to hang out but I cannot continue to support a business that does not take the safety of women seriously. I’ve seen it first hand while there and through the victims that are both friends and strangers. There is plenty of evidence to show the truth but they’d rather believe the lies so carelessly just being thrown out to slander people. To the point where these individuals as well as others’ reviews have been HIDDEN on Google. I myself and others do not feel safe coming here anymore if we’re just going to be harassed and lied about. No business is above someone’s safety.

An absurdly increasing amount of women I know no longer feel safe coming to this bar we, somehow, once all enjoyed. I myself have been eye witness to multiple instances where the guy in charge of karaoke waits til a woman is alone to come corner and harass them. I’ve seen texts of the threats he’s sent. Women I love fear this man showing up to their home. These are things that any truly reputable employer at any legitimate business would fire an employee for. You can’t even leave an honest review in an effort to protect more women from being potential victims without this self proclaimed business fraudulently removing or hiding the review, or worse, allowing an honest review to trigger such an emotional reaction that they leave a direct reply to it with attempts to reverse the roles. These are not just amateur unethical business tactics used to protect a predator, these are the joint efforts of cowards covering up their own tracks. The only people who defend predators are other predators.

Looking for karaoke live on stage in front of others and getting to do it for free (where the music choices are endless as well)?? How about a bar where you can play free video games from N64 to GC to Switch? What about a place with an excellent social atmosphere, events from time to time, and regulars who love and support everyone? This is your place. Jay the manager puts in so much effort to give a beaming atmosphere and he does an amazing job doing it. Ive been a regular since July 2023 and it became home VERY fast. You just can’t compare. Best karaoke on LI, best place to have fun, best place to enjoy a night with friends or even by yourself. ❤️

I love the atmosphere but I ordered a pizza that sucked asked for ranch that was almost a year old expired and when I complained his response was I will be okay he had it the day before, appreciate the honestly but ewwwwwww disappointed.
