I have to recognize Ethan. He was making drinks and asked for my name, and when he found my name wasn’t in the queue he pointed out that it was to the wrong store. He was able to help me at the register while making drinks and then made my drinks for no charge.

Standard Starbucks. Good coffee, clean bathrooms. We usually try to support small businesses, but Starbucks always have good coffee and clean bathrooms, and seem to keep their properties safe, so they get our business when we are traveling.

The barista who is Asian Indian who works on the drive-thru lacks customer service because I asked her for a straw and she told me it was inside the bag. But the way she said it, she seemed bothered that I even asked for it. After I left and checked the bag, there was no straw in the bag. If a customer asks for something, the barista should be able to accommodate the customer even if something small.

I’ve never felt more disrespected at a Starbucks before. I was there to pick up my own mobile order (food + drink) and also to deliver a DoorDash order to a customer. Still, the staff member (Kaitlyn) acted like I was trying to steal someone else’s order. I clearly explained that I had a mobile order under my name, yet she held the bag in her hand and refused to give it to me, asking me to “confirm” as if I wasn’t trustworthy. She even tried to look at my phone to “prove” it. I’m both a paying customer and a working delivery driver — this treatment was condescending, offensive, and borderline discriminatory.I won’t ever return to this location again. Absolutely unacceptable.

The barista service at this location is not the best. I work close by, and go to the Bohemia location weekly. Most of the time the drinks are very rushed and not made correctly at all. They prioritize their sale logistics over actually making drinks the correct way. The iced drinks always come out extremely overly saturated, and not make correctly. This is not the case for other locations.

A very locked in star bucks. This place never gets my order wrong and even in a rush, they get my food and drinks out pretty quick. The store itself is in a nice location to grab a drink before doing a little shopping, and the employees are helpful and nice. No complaints for this store which is hard to come by with Starbucks
My drinks were made carelessly. Ordered two lavender cold foam oatmeal matchas only to discover they were terribly bitter with a burnt aftertaste. I would've assumed having a matcha ingredient in your menu that you would teach your employees to properly make these drinks. Very disappointed and wasted money on a drink that is properly done at other locations.

It’s always a great atmosphere but the consistency is horrible , they always have coffee spilling all over the cup and the drinks are always off . It stinks spending 7 dollars every morning knowing that it’s a 50-50 ur drink is made horrible and u want to throw it out. Very upsetting
