for an eight dollar drink, I’m very disappointed to receive a cup full to the brim of ice with about 40% of it being coffee. if this is gonna happen, at least fill the rest of the cup with milk to hide it

Loved how friendly the baristas were even though they were super busy! It made my morning that they took the time to greet me, ask for my name for my mobile order, and referred to me by my name after making the drinks! Excellent service during a morning rush!

Light ice equals more ice, and a little 1/2 and 1/2 equals a cup of 1/2 and 1/2 with a splash of coffee. They also thin the iced black tea so it tastes like water. They are really getting every dollar by thinning the drinks. What a scam!!

Starbucks Bohemia. It’s just a $6 cup of coffee! the person at the drive thru can’t get an order right to save her life! Not once but the last 5 visits. I’m done with Starbucks, their management doesn’t properly train its staff. Others share my complaint. Fix it close up.
i had such a great experience at this location i had to share it. im not sure if i'm spelling her name correctly but keyara was absolutely amazing. she was so warm & inviting and held a conversation with me. i was having a bad day but her small acts of kindness made a huge impact. not only was she gracious with me, she kept her poise and composure with the difficult person in front of me in line. keyara deserves all the recognition she can get. shes one of a kind.
