i’ve been going to this starbucks for years and never had a issue. i walk in there was a women named Hailey at the register first she rolls her eyes at me. I kindly ask her for cold foam on my drink she starts to complain to everyone behind the counter infront of me i’ve never had worse service in my life. she continues to make my drink while talking about the way i look and talk. I will never come back. The way everyone saw and handled this situation sickens me

This Starbucks is conveniently right across the street from the airport but that isn’t its best quality: the service is outstanding. Renn was going around to all the customers asking if they were okay or needed anything. The employees keep the store clean and the atmosphere is positive. Props to this store!

I recently had a frustrating experience at Starbucks. I paid for my drink through the app, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. A staff member told me to come back later, but when I returned, they still didn’t have my order and offered no refund or replacement. I ended up leaving without my drink and out the money I spent. I showed them a statement that i got charged and instead they told me to come back Sunday. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. (Not to mention the drink was $7)
Good to have Starbucks here. When I noticed, I felt “ohh my goodness” I have a place to have a coffee, something to eat, I can use my account, instead of paying by cash or card in an unknown place, this is close to the Long Island airport, I can see the airport tower and a block from my workplace, today. They also have restroom, should you need it. The highway is also here. Many customers here seem to be corporate employees working around, this neighborhood. Many corporate buildings here. Starbucks? Great service. Enjoying my coffee in a mug and my panini. 6 employees are at the job working. All work. Amazing.

They go extra mile for the customer! I am interested to try out cherry chai, especially the cold foam. But also I only want hot drink (I know I am not very reasonable). They are so nice to help me with different ideas, but then I was like maybe I will just get a matcha latte. And guess what, I have my cherry cold foam with my hot matcha latte! I am sooooo surprised and feel so grateful that they care so much about what you say. This really makes my day, thank you :)

Consistently bad service takes over 15 mins to make a drink. Doesn’t finish making one drink and starts making others. My coffee just sat unfinished behind the counter for over 5 minutes. Now it’s watered down.

Very unprofessional and rude individuals work at this place, I was pretty frequently buying my coffee here but hardly come here anymore because of the rude staff that literally talks crap behind your back and then giggles.Today is Saturday 01/11/2025 if the supervisor of this place would like view the camera footage in between the time of 3:55pm to 3:59pm.I would love to mention few names but I think I’ll let you view the footage first for now.
