Not so much a review as a hopefully helpful comment. My first time ordering here I got the gouda & spicy wrap. They advertised caramelized onions. The onions in my wrap where crunchy and not cooked all the way let alone caramelized . It was pretty good regardless but I was a little disappointed. I will order again, they have an interesting menu compared to your average bagel place!

Picked up Bagels for a trip to Ohio & a sandwich for myself.Sandwich was delicious!!Bagels were a hit in Ohio,especially the French Toast ones ! My friends had recommended going here as I wanted to make sure I brought great Bagels with me, and I'm they recommended me here
I wanted a quick breakfast and tend to avoid chains, so this looked like a good choice. They did not disappoint,I even left with a dozen pump NY bagels to take back to Philly.

Ordered online for $55 on Friday and the order never went through but my card was charged. They said the pending charge would drop by the end of the day but it is now Wednesday and the charge hasn’t dropped. I called Chase and they told me they don’t hold pending charges that Gourmet needs to release the pending charge and I will get my money back. They are not willing to do anything and keep giving the run around every time I call.
