Got my order wrong twice gave my order to another person. Bad customer service didn’t even say sorry or anything. If I pay that much for an egg sandwich it can at least be the right order.

Ordered an egg sandwich with ham For an extra $3.75 and got 1 slice . Not worth it . Sandwich wasn’t that great. Too expensive for the value .

I ordered the Jalapeno Cheddar Chicken Bacon waffle sandwich and a poppyseed bagel with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese. The bagel was fantastic, the sandwich was not as exciting as I had hoped.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and I couldn't even chew the chicken. It was like rubber.
I'm giving them two stars because of the price gouging when ordering delivery. The order I place in store is $9 and change vs. the over $16 I pay to have it delivered. They increase the cost of the salad by $1.50 right off the bat. Then they hit you with a $1 online ordering fee AND a .99 delivery fee (which does NOT go to the driver), then on top of that is the taxes and, justifiably, the driver tip. So the same exact salad costs almost $7 more because of the up charge and fees. Also, if you order pick up online, they automatically tack on a tip! Pretty sneaky. And forget calling in the order. They refuse to take delivery orders over the phone. Nice lack of customer service. I actually found a better deli close by that also has great salads for much more reasonable prices and I'll most likely be going there from now on.

I went to pick up my order, which was already ready. The employee couldn't see the packaged order. He was searching for the one in front of him. When I pointed it out to him, he got angry. There was no separate section for ready-to-order orders. We had to queue with the customers.

Everytime I go in this bagel store they either get the order wrong or overcharge. I handed the lady my order in writing because they always get it wrong and wound up in the end over charging me (accidentally) 🤨for 6 extra bagels that I did not order and when I called to complain she knew before I could even say why I was calling to complain that she over charged me. This is an on going issue. Bunch of crooks who work there I ordered Xtra Xtra cooked ham and this is what they gave me and the manager said this is Xtra Xtra Cooked ham. I can only imagine their regular ham sandwich

My first time going today and it was a little intimidating. It was busy, but yet the staff was keeping everything moving, which meant either they were super fast or everybody in front of me already knew what they wanted. But when it came to me and I told him it was my first time I didn’t feel rushed, and the encounter was actually pleasant. Food is delicious and well worth the price. I will be going again.
