Excellent service! Super friendly employees, especially the sweet woman, Debbi, who took my order!! Despite being very busy, she was so friendly and kind to me, and to everyone!! A couple came in after me; English was not their first language, so ordering was a bit difficult for them. Debbi was very patient and helpful with them. Kindness like that makes me very happy !! My sandwich was delicious!! One of the best Burger King experiences I have had!!

These people at this Burger King were great! They weren't too happy when we showed up, but handled us like pros. I'm a school bus driver for Stockbridge Valley Central Schools and our boys varsity team had a game in South Lewis, NY. After the game the coaches asked if we could get food for the boys and them. We found and drove to the Boonville BK. They weren't expecting 15 of us, but they did great. We were out of there in less than an hour with everyone getting some food and eating in the restaurant. Awesome job to everyone at Boonville Burger King!

Absolutely terrible. Stopped here to grab a quick burger and fries. I was greeted by a middle aged employee throwing fries from a prepared order back into the fry hopper, she then began swearing at the other employees who were cooking. Generally not caring who saw her act like a fool nor heard the filth coming out of her mouth. I decided to leave and never go back. Clearly she wasn't having it her way.

The Boonville Burger King is probably the only fast food place that has their stuff together. We never have anything missing from our order and it's always consistent, for fast food. The woman at the drive through today was super friendly as well, and that's good customer service!
The food is super greesy here. Especially the breakfast biscuits. Well it's butter but they are soaked.
