When ordering drinks here tonight, I was verbally attacked by a female employee because of my autism, I will never eat here again after that experience.

Service was quick, and accurate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and hot. Coffee was ok, but just didn't taste good but that could be me and my preferences.

I have had nothing but problems with this burger king giving me the correct food. I paid for food and it doesn't get put in my bag! Or the sandwich is mad incorrectly. Has happened literally the last 4 times iv got food from here!

Went thru the drive thru last 2 times and theyre nasty as hell! I cant stand it im so nice and youre unable to be ok to people for a shift. Stop hiring rude people and those who are management need to be fired i cant stand when people work and fast food and get into management then are rotten hiring more rotten people. Fire some people please . So people can enjoy their food and not be treated like garbage I wont be coming here again that's for sure!

Highly disappointed this is the second time I've been here and there was cheese on my sandwich when saying no cheese! I have worked here before it's not that difficult people get off your phone and do your job!

Stopped by real quick on the way to old forge. Staff was friendly, food was hot and delicious and 5 people got food under $20. Can’t go wrong here. Burger King wraps also blow McDonald’s out of the water. Boonville has a gem here!

Miserable employees making a miserable Burger King. All five meals were cold and barely cooked. If I hadn’t been in a hurry that day and my type 1 diabetic was facing a low, I would have made them refund me.
This place is a pathetic excuse for a Burger King. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Was ripped off at a drive-thru store #7801 last Monday, have been trying to get it resolved for 7 days now, and nothing. 7/14/2025 was traveling with my son, stopped at store #7801, drive-thru Employee#720327 Deborah upsized my order without my permission and got my order completely wrong. I tried to take care of it there and then. I was then yelled at by her, "If you don't like it, the respite is in the bag, move on". We had to be somewhere at a set time, or I would have gotten out and had a word with the manager. So my order was wrong, I was charged for an upgrade to a large meal I did not order, the Whopper was cold plus soggy, I was rudely yelled at by one of their staff members, and disrespected because she was not smart enough to handle a simple order. When trying to address the problem, then and there. PS, I've learned Burger King customer service is a horrible joke, and they do nothing to correct the problem.

We ordered out and the food made my stomach hurt. Also there was a short white hair in my burger.
Excellent service! Super friendly employees, especially the sweet woman, Debbi, who took my order!! Despite being very busy, she was so friendly and kind to me, and to everyone!! A couple came in after me; English was not their first language, so ordering was a bit difficult for them. Debbi was very patient and helpful with them. Kindness like that makes me very happy !! My sandwich was delicious!! One of the best Burger King experiences I have had!!
