She was very pleasant and apologized if that ice cream didn't meet their high standards for quality. She then graciously offered to refund my purchase price, and I accepted. Stopped here on a long car trip. When we walked in we were not greeted by staff. They were having there own personal conversation about love lifes. When we were ready I had to grab there attention. Got 3 ice creams, went out side and every tablet has bird poop on it, and was not wiped down. The ice cream was good. My oldest kid said it tasted funny. When I tried it it wasn't smooth the texture was off. But we all had the same thing, the other 2 soft serves were good. We ended...
Usually we enjoy coming here. Today’s pistachio cone was supposed to be hard ice cream, but it was soft and runny. The day wasn’t warm but we had to eat quickly and use numerous napkins. It was also grainy, like it had been refrozen. We hope next time is better.
