If I could have given this zero stars I would have I went in there it was busy. There was a kid named gage I think it was, he was so behind and no help. I work in fast food and have worked in restaurants and never had a TEAM left for one person to handle it by themselves while being so busy. That’s a lot of work load on one person. I will not be returning to this location due to the fact that the management in that place couldn’t even help out there employees very disappointed!!!

Bread was really dry with no moisture, and they kept us waiting on an online order for 30 mins, that they claim that never went through, then when they found the receipt after asking again, no sorry or apology for the inconvenience, felt unwelcomed.

Walked in and not in line (multiple people) for one minute before I found the cashier (little blonde girl) on her phone while cashing out a customer who was clearly her friend, very upset someone wasn’t up to watching her kid tonight. Classy as usual. Everyone else in line turned around pretty irritated and appalled as well. I walked right out. Keep it up Boonville.

Leota is great she made sandwiches for my husband and I, he got a 6” meatball and I got a foot long tuna sub, she was the only one there at the time with a line growing out the door she was quick and made a tasty quick dinner for us!

Went in to order and the manager was unprofessional. Kept complaining that she was the only one there all day and don’t have time to get stuff done or fill up the food containers And half of them were empty. There they wonder why they get the reviews they get. Very very unprofessional in my opinion. Hire more people if your that short handed!

Not very pleased at all. The subway itself is nice however the service is not. The woman working at the counter was very rude. There was a woman with a baby not in subway attire going into the back and was the one who rung us up at the register. The woman at the counter was complaining in front of us that she can never get anything done and that people always come in at the worst time when it was dead and we were the only ones in the store.
Beautifully done be Korrie! The way she slapped my turkey on there reminded me of how mama used to do it!

The store is not in great shape, the food is either bland or they mess up your order, and this last time they put the bread from one sub on the other and then also forgot half of the toppings including an extra we had to pay a dollar something more to add on. Just don't go here, it's not worth the hassle on its best day.
