Waited 5 minutes for the manager to come out, couldn't hear her half the time and the 2nd person finally wandered in from the back and not even so much as a smile or hello. I can see why the parking lot was empty.
Got here about 6pm at night tonight, went in and girl at the counter with dark hair and a tattoo on her arm, she ignored me and my boyfriend when we came in and the place was empty, I asked if there was a bathroom and she rudely snapped her hand and pointed to the bathroom, which was covered in piss and absolutely gross. My boyfriend ordered the food because she was rude and I didn’t wanna deal with it I sat in the car; he comes out with the food and it’s ice cold for what was supposed to be a heated chicken dipper, cheese wasn’t even melted.
Miserable employees who don’t want to work.
This was 3 time I try this subway in the last 2 years. 1st time was not bad but very slow. The 2nd time was stale bread. 3rd time was app order when got there still was not finished 20 minutes late place was dirty work poorly trained sandwich was barely made bread stale falling out of paper wrap.
Manager didn't have her visor on. Even though I know it's a Subway policy. I have heard her to tell her employees to put it on, on the line. My sub was too crispy for being flatbread. I heard the manager swear twice when I was eating. I heard there was no swearing around customers. Her daughter (also works there) is loud and obnoxious. She was swearing up a storm. But the rest of the employees are amazing! Never had any problems with them. Always made great subs for the past 4 months I've been coming here to get subs.
This girl Jaden did a amazing job making my sub they were really good subs
Great customer service. Jaden was very personable and quickly put our order together. Enjoyed the service so much we returned to place a second order.
Got to Subway in Boonville NY last night 2/23/25 at 6:45-7pm, supposed to be a quick dinner pick up.
We got there and when we walked in- girl said” She would be right with us”, coming from the back room. (We got a bag of chips while waiting) Which was fine, she comes out asks me what I wanted for bread, we got as far as just getting my bread for my sub and then this unprofessional girl starts flirting with my boyfriend and making comments, arms were above the glass and body over the food while looking at my man then said to him and I, “I won’t take your order, go eat at Burger King.”
No the absolute worst experience my boyfriend and I have ever had there. Worst customer service, very unprofessional and inappropriate. We both felt very embarrassed by her behavior and we didn’t even finish ordering, we didn’t want to be in that situation any longer, I then said “ Okay, yeah, we are leaving.” And left without finishing our order. She was very unprofessional and inappropriate. As she yelled, “I’m kidding, come back.” -an no, neither one of us knew this girl and she was talking to us like we are her best friends and some.
Sad we have little girls like that working when they can’t even carry themselves in a professional manner, you are at work, don’t talk to your customers like your at a bar trying to hook up. Get better, professional staffing that won’t kick your customers out of your store. 🙌 shouldn’t have even given one star for the show we got last night. She should be ashamed. I wonder how many other customers walked out last night.
The man making my sub payed for the rest of it because I was 84 cents short. He was so polite and had a conversation with me the whole time. Great service!

when placing a order ahead of time you’d expect it’d be done when you get there. i ordered my food at about 11:10, stopped a few places first before getting there to give extra time, then finally got there at about 11:30 (the time it said my order would be done) and it wasn’t even started. i totally get taking care of who is there, but why not take care of who / what was ordered first? my order was simple and i should not have had to waited as an extra 10 minutes for my food to be made. it’s lunch time, maybe work on staffing too to fulfill orders at the right time…When i got my order i went home, and i DID pay for extra meat on the app and extra cheese and i didn’t get either.
They always seem to be closed when I try to go there. There hours don’t line up with when they’re open. Sunday at 5PM and they’re closed :/(It says they’re open till 9PM).

I frequent this Subway a couple of times a month. I picked up my Italian sub today and it had so much oil on it's soaked through the paper wrapper. it had so much oil on it you could barely taste anything else. I've had such great sandwiches over the last 6 months or so I was really disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Loved the cheddar cheese and broccoli soup ?. Love all of the vegetable choices for the veggie sub.
