Stopped in for lunch while attending the sled races at the fairgrounds. Beer was delicious. The reason the rating is so high. Ordered the 1812, “shaved steak”, beer cheese and pretzel bun with tots. Shaved steak is nothing! It was two Steakum like pieces of pressed meat. Not shaved steak!
Pleasant local brewery with a very nice rustic ambiance. Popular with the local crowd. Respectable beers and tasty food (we enjoyed the tot waffles and flatbreads).

Our wait staff was pleasant but not overly knowledgeable about the beers. This left us to figure out the details of our tasting flights ourselves.
Ok, so the cook and bartender gave us wonderful service, and Tyler, the bartender when recommended a tour of Constable Hall, where we spent it afternoon after! The atmosphere is amazing in the Hulbert House (built in 1812). Beautiful, old walls and bar. The food was great! We got the Boonville Chicken Wrap. And the beer was fantastic! Will def be back.
