Phil and his wife did an outstanding job catering our wedding. There's people who say they can cook. And then there's people who can actually cook. When it comes to smoked foods I'm very critical, but Phil has done an outstanding job. Sitting down for my wedding I got my plate of food, took a few bites and I felt instant clarity.all that I could think of was the food in front of me. If you haven't had their buffalo Mac and cheese you haven't truly experienced some of the great wonders this area has to offer and truly are missing out. Moonies has lost their rank in the Mac and cheese department. I highly advise these guys to anyone looking for the best food for whatever event your having. I guarantee you won't regret it . Again, thank you guys for everything!

It was a pleasure to have Boston Hills BBQ cater our event over the weekend. The food was absolutely killer and next level BBQ. Yes I stole the lines from Guy Fieri. We had the smoked brisket, Texas candy, smoked chicken, baked beans, Mac and cheese, salt potatoes, sausage with onions & peppers and their coleslaw for the event. Absolutely delicious!

We had Phil cater our wedding in September. Everything was simply excellent. We got Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Corn, and sides. Best ribs we've ever had hands down, and I've eaten a lot of ribs in my life. They delivered and setup for a nominal fee and were great to work with, highly recommend.
