I ordered their pepperoni pizza but received a cheese. It was really good, just missing a topping. It was the end of the day on a Friday so I understand. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks were really good. First New York Pizza joint I've tried. The food all tasted fresh and was delivered pretty quickly after I ordered. I'm adding them to my list of favorite restaurants based on my experience. Everything I couldn't finish held up really well the next day.

I was in buffalo visiting family and I thought this was place I loved for chicken finger sub. I was wrong and very disappointed it was like the sub was dry hard to swallow very sad. Then I remembered it was jims steak out is what I wanted I wish this sub was good bc more then half went into garbage.

Ordered a mini steak sub and wings for delivery. The staff refused to make the mini steak sub which they told the delivery driver. I paid for it and never received it. How are they still employed. I ask that you look at your receipts, for the date of August 25th ordered around 8:59 pm for $65.83. Complete incompetence and a jerk. The owners are negligent in hiring. Nothing will be done I’m sure.

I ordered a Pizza for $hitz and Giggles....but guess what, the Pizza was great. The woman (Jessica) who waited on me was Cute, I think she made my Pizza. It was a Steak and Cheese pizza for the Football game...Yummy. The Pizza shoppe was Clean and my pizza was done on time, who cares what the bad reviews say, I didn't experience anything bad at all...and I only had to wait about 5-10 mins after I was told to pick it up...Thank you for the Great Service

Rolled through town going to a Willie Nelson concert at Darien lake. Stopped here and had a turkey club hoagie. Very nice people working there, seemed popular. Food was awesome!! Would definitely go back if I'm in town!

Pizza was very disgusting taste like dough the cheese was not attached to the sauce slid completely off. Wings dry and soft when I asked for extra crispy I already had a feeling. 0/10 will never order from this location again. I would attach photos but it’s in the garbage already waste of money

The service was trash, they bitched at me when I asked for Bleu cheese. They were lazy for the most easy task. The food was mid my pizza wasn’t fully cooked, so I made it well done in my own oven. The Atmosphere wasn’t clean I almost slipped on the floor

I’ve never ever left a complaint on google but something has to be done. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and I’ve simply had enough. Not even worth calling to complain because if even offered a credit I wouldn’t go back…. Complete 180 from other locations. Ordered 10 fingers BBQ I got 7 of them and three of the 7 were about the size of a jumbo shrimp… the amount of BBQ sauce on them was equivalent to somone sneezing on them…. I know it’s a minuscule complaint but something like this litterally happens every time I go to that location.
Ordered 3 medium pizzas. One they left off the ordered mushrooms and wouldn't give a refund, ordered a Laura's old fashioned and the person who spiced the sauce was way too liberal with the oregano, and the white pizza had been made with hot peppers so was inedible for my older mother. All around not the experience I expected from Just Pizza.

Dave maybe the best food manager I’ve ever spoken to. The situation kinda sucked. They had the wrong address. My food was still amazing when it got here! Well done.! I’d normally flip out. But Dave calmed me down, made me understand what happened and remade my food. Kudos!

I ordered a Sicilian white pizza today with cherry peppers and anchovies. Very good. The crust was perfect. Peepers and anchovies were perfectly rationed. Staff was very polite.

Worst food in WNY. Burrito wasn’t edible due to it dripping grease. Not just a little grease. Disgusting to the point where picking it up would cause it to fall apart from being the consistency of soggy bread. Not to mention the burnt fried mushrooms hard as a rock, not sure if there were even mushrooms inside. And for the cherry on top the spoiled grey blue cheese that went with this mess. Way to go messing up every part of the meal.
