0 stars if I could. I just had an employee tell me I’m a liar about my husband getting a text our food would be ready at 5:50. Absolutely rude staff tonight and there are way too many other good places to eat! I’ll never return to any just pizza now. Food is also not ready waited an extra 25 minutes during a bills game. This place is filthy rude a what a waste of $60. Don’t waste your time or money!

This place is unfortunately turning into a do not go to really fast. Even though the wings and pizza have been good the customer service and experience has been nothing but pathetic. Of the last three times I’ve ordered, once I placed an order 3 hours early for a specific time and the food was still 30 minutes late, the second time they forgot to start making my pizza (how, I have no clue), the third time they forgot to make one of my wing orders. Each time I was offered absolutely nothing-they acted like I should just accept it and wait. Shame on me for continuing to go. Not going to make that mistake anymore-there are plenty of other options. Until they get there act together I suggest supporting other businesses

Food is good, but not for the wait. Scheduled to pick food up at 3pm. They said it'll be a few minutes. We've been waiting for over an hour. Now it'll be about 5 minutes? Not sure how long that'll be. If you want good pizza and wings, order from elsewhere.

Just Pizza is one of my favorite Buffalo Pizza Spots but this location isn't it. Rude staff, never anyone at the counter, and minimum 20 minutes on top of whatever time they made up over the phone. Go somewhere else, you'll get decent pizza here, but you'll also get a headache.

I ordered their pepperoni pizza but received a cheese. It was really good, just missing a topping. It was the end of the day on a Friday so I understand. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks were really good. First New York Pizza joint I've tried. The food all tasted fresh and was delivered pretty quickly after I ordered. I'm adding them to my list of favorite restaurants based on my experience. Everything I couldn't finish held up really well the next day.

I was in buffalo visiting family and I thought this was place I loved for chicken finger sub. I was wrong and very disappointed it was like the sub was dry hard to swallow very sad. Then I remembered it was jims steak out is what I wanted I wish this sub was good bc more then half went into garbage.

Ordered a mini steak sub and wings for delivery. The staff refused to make the mini steak sub which they told the delivery driver. I paid for it and never received it. How are they still employed. I ask that you look at your receipts, for the date of August 25th ordered around 8:59 pm for $65.83. Complete incompetence and a jerk. The owners are negligent in hiring. Nothing will be done I’m sure.

I ordered a Pizza for $hitz and Giggles....but guess what, the Pizza was great. The woman (Jessica) who waited on me was Cute, I think she made my Pizza. It was a Steak and Cheese pizza for the Football game...Yummy. The Pizza shoppe was Clean and my pizza was done on time, who cares what the bad reviews say, I didn't experience anything bad at all...and I only had to wait about 5-10 mins after I was told to pick it up...Thank you for the Great Service
Rolled through town going to a Willie Nelson concert at Darien lake. Stopped here and had a turkey club hoagie. Very nice people working there, seemed popular. Food was awesome!! Would definitely go back if I'm in town!

Pizza was very disgusting taste like dough the cheese was not attached to the sauce slid completely off. Wings dry and soft when I asked for extra crispy I already had a feeling. 0/10 will never order from this location again. I would attach photos but it’s in the garbage already waste of money
