My husband and I lived in Buffalo over 20 years ago, and one of our favorite places back then was Linguine’s. We recently visited Buffalo for the first time in years and made sure to stop by—and we’re so glad we did!
The food was just as delicious as we remembered. I don’t usually eat pasta, but I always make an exception here. Their pasta fagioli soup is still the best we’ve ever had. Everything tasted authentic, fresh, and full of flavor.
Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and our drinks were refilled several times without us needing to ask. Dessert was also fantastic, the perfect way to end the meal.
It was so special to return after 22 years and find that this restaurant is still serving amazing food and creating wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

The stuffed hot peppers are amazing! We always get a stuffed artichoke when they have them. Eggplant roulettes are so good. We have never had a bad meal there in the 20 plus years of going there. We were sad when they closed for a sometime, but were so excited when they reopened in their present location.

We were a party of four last night. Waited approximately 30 minutes for a table outside. I noticed a table was available and told the hostess a table was available. She never noticed. Once seated, no silverware and appetizers were delivered to the table after an hour. Dinner was served another hour later. Food was mediocre at best and after waiting for two hours to be served nobody had an appetite. Our server was three weeks in the job and said there only two cooks in the kitchen. They were busy on a Friday night, but food and service were subpar.

Are waitress Lucy was fabulous. The food was delicious.
Artichoke appetizer is outstanding. Atmosphere is below average. Prices too high compared to other similar type Italian restaurants. Our server was above average.
Server was awful. She forgot to put our order in. She was annoyed when we reminded her an hour and a half later. Never apologized. Food came out burnt after it was placed in a hurry. My lasagna had hair baked into it. Not one apology. No offer to remove it from the bill. Long conversation with the “previous owner”. She could care less. Said it’s hard to hire a good staff. Blamed it on the waitress because she only works one day a week. Asked to talk to the manager. He was too busy. There were six tables in the restaurant. Obviously will never go back, but they could Couldn’t care less.

Linguini’s is an absolute gem! My wife and I stopped in for dinner and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming—perfect for a date night or dinner with family. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
I ordered the pork shank, which came beautifully presented atop a creamy risotto with sautéed Italian greens. The dish was a showstopper—tender, fall-off-the-bone pork with a rich, flavorful glaze that complemented the risotto perfectly. Every bite was satisfying and full of bold, comforting flavors. The greens added a nice balance with a slight bitterness that rounded out the dish. It was hearty, delicious, and incredibly filling—I could barely finish it, but I didn’t want to stop eating.
My wife had the chicken Parmesan, which was equally impressive. It was a generous portion with perfectly breaded chicken, smothered in sauce and melted cheese, served over a bed of pasta. She loved every bite and mentioned it was one of the best she’s had in a long time.
Linguini’s clearly puts care into every detail of their food and presentation. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in crafting meals that are not only flavorful but visually appealing too. This spot definitely stands out among local Italian restaurants, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for authentic, satisfying Italian cuisine in a relaxed setting.
So I will start by saying linguine and white clam sauce is one of my all-time favorite foods. I have had this dish at at least 7 restaurants around buffalo. When I ordered this for the first time, I did not look at the price when I ordered it, and I will be honest, it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. I was a little upset over the price, getting in my work van about to eat, but when I opened the dish and took my first bite, OMG!!!!! Worth every Penney and way more. Needlees to say it was absolutely AMAZING. Shell on clams, whole cloves of roasted garlic ,white wine and fresh herbs. If you're in the area trust me go to Linguine's
Wine and beer only...
The manicotti and meatballs were delicious. Homemade peanut butter pie, and banana cream pie.. both delicious
My husband and I dined at Linguine's on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and our friendly waitress, Lucy, came by immediately to inform us of the specials and to make recommendations. We took her advice and ordered the stuffed peppers as an appetizer. Delicious! The peppers came topped with loads of roasted garlic and olive oil. With the purchase of a drink I received a complimentary cup of pasta which was also delicious! The lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs were served piping hot and the sauce was excellent. Great service and food. We will definitely return with family and friends.
Decided to come here after “The Place” downtown lost our reservation. We should have just come here in the first place because the food is always great. Tonight was no exception. The calamari appetizer was probably the best I’ve ever had. The two other dinner guests had the gnocchi and meatballs which were delicious. The star of the show was the linguini with clam sauce, which was delicious.
