Horrible experience. Got there sat in the dining room area. Waitress took our drink order came back ten minutes later with our drinks and took our order mind you she put the order in wrong to begin with. Sat and waited manager came out with our appetizer that she had no idea was ready . Waited an almost a hour for food . Waitress was not attentive. We told the manager who said there was a couple orders ahead of us . He came out with our food the my food was made incorrectly and it was disgusting. I was asked by the girl who was cooking the food if I would like anything else and I told her I did. Waited and waited. Finally waitress came over with our check we asked about where my order was had no clue as she and the manager were to busy dealing or taking care of the people in the bar the us in the dining room. She clear up the table taking everything from the table including what I was able to nibble on waiting for my order. Will not go back and she was told that and will not recommend them to anyone. Don’t put people in the dining room if you’re not going to take care of them . The bar seems to be your main focus. DISAPPOINTING!!☹️🤮

When we get the opportunity to get out of the house for a while, we make sure to stop here! The food is always good, the staff is friendly, and the drinks go down too easy! If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend going!

Beyond the delicious food, the entire experience is wonderful. The service is always excellent, with staff who are attentive and friendly. My husband and I ate there last night for the first time. The food was excellent. The fish fry was the best I’ve had in a long time and my husband had the steak. The steak was cooked rare just the way he likes it. Will definitely be back! Glad to have another restaurant in Bath with good food and friendly staff.

I have eaten here two nights In a row. the first night I had the pulled pork and my son had the steak both were delicious and his steak was cooked to perfection. the second night though I had the best fish fry I have had in a long time, they definitely use top tier ingredients. I will absolutely be back for more.

Absolutely the worst food we have EVER had!! Raw wings, brown celery, slimy lettus on our sandwich. Horseheads Brewery better step it up in Watkins Glen. We won't be going back.

Waters Custom Catering food truck is a fine set up. They were located at the Upstate Brewery in Elmira and service was excellent. I ordered the Classic Garbage Plate with cheeseburger and 2 Loaded Dogs.The Garbage Plate was very well made. The macaroni Salad was fresh and wonderful flavor, the fries were made on order, the burger was over the top with many toppings. I will definitely be getting this again and will try it with the Hot Dogs next time.The Loaded Dogs were good with lots of meat sauce and red onion on top. Rolls were fresh.Great customer service, I will definitely make it a point to find their next location.Edge
