Went up during the last poker run, sadly will never return. I understand being short staffed but these events are arranged months in advanced they had plenty of notice to staff adequately. Waited 15 minutes seated at the table for a server to take our drink order. See attached photos of the dirty silverware and cups. Waited 45+ minutes for food. Ordered a burger on the menu they claim to be fresh you could tell they were frozen. The table next to us was missing food. One and done for us.

We chose to eat dinner at the Pine Tree Inn Restaurant on a recent Friday after reading the good reviews. We found the restaurant located on a side route three miles off main Route 12. The restaurant inside and out has a definite rustic Adirondack look. We arrived around 5:30 and chose to sit in the large dining room and the hostess provided menus as we were seated. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full at that time. Their menu has a fairly large selection although some prices appeared a bit high. We both ordered the haddock fish fry when our server came back after a bit of a wait. Our meals were served up about 15 minutes later. The fish was very hot and had a good taste. The service was mostly good. Our total bill with two beverages was $44 plus tax, a bit higher than some similar restaurants. Believe it or not, the one problem we did have here was with the silverware. The silverware that we first received looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned any time recently. And I'm not talking about water spots. They were covered in some type of cloudy film residue. We asked for replacements, but those pieces looked just as dirty. Not appealing at all. We ended up improvising by using hand sanitizer and then water to wipe off the cloudy residue and get them clean. Other than that, a good experience here. Thanks for reading.

Went here for lunch on 10-4-2024, the owner was working the bar and the dining room all alone. She handled a rather busy influx of customers and kept a positive attitude, very happy with the service, the meal and the environment of the facility. We have been here many other times and we will keep returning, always happy!

Even though this is an out-of-the-way place for us, we have no problem driving 50 minutes to go here to eat...the food is always consistently tasty and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We especially love going when they have Scot Raymond scheduled as their entertainment. Always a fun time!

Absolutely awesome place and one of the best places to eat in the area. Portions are huge on pasta dishes. Great for leftovers

The food is good for bar food, the staff is friendly enough and attentive enough, but nothing that screams top notch, the atmosphere is kind of like a hunting lodge bar, with more TV's and music, often times drowning each other out, but all around it a nice little spot in a beautiful little town on a nice little Adirondack lake, golf course just down the road less than a mile, beach is about as far, there's a kids summer camp between the bar and golf course, so it's located in a great spot, there's 3 other bars and restaurants within 3 miles 2 of which are within a quarter mile, all 3 have there own thing going on, pine tree shoots to be the snowmobile and wheeler hangout, hunting hang out where people come and show off the latest trophy, if that sounds like you it's definitely worth checking out!!

Parking: Tons of parking and not far off the trails for those on wheelers or sxs or snowmobile

Kid-friendliness: They have a video game or 2 for kids that are waiting for their food to come out or waiting for their parents to finish their meals and go back to hitting the trails or lake

We were staying in the area and decided to stop by for dinner one night as this place came highly recommended. It was nice overall, I'd like to visit again someday to try other options. The chicken sandwiches were phenomenal! Impressively sized and cooked perfectly! The fries were crispy and some of the best I've had! The clams were mostly good but many were almost inedibly salty and the old fashioned was too watered down for my taste, but nothing that prevented us from having a nice experience! The atmosphere is cozy and it's beautifully decorated. There was plenty of parking in the lot.
