Franks is by far better than anything here in Potsdam. We have on multiple occasions had party’s there or stopped in on the side by side or even went out of the way to drive from Potsdam to get dinner here. We have never had a bad experience! Pepperoni and bacon pizza and hot wings is our go to and never disappoints

Frank’s pizza is amazing!! Staff goes above and beyond (brought pizza to our car in parking lot during torrential downpour) and pizza is generously-portioned and DELICIOUS!!

We've ordered about 4 times in over a span of a few months and each time it took an hour and a half along with there being a problem. Whether it be a missing item, sending the wrong item, or BOTH. And each time not really willing to solve the issue

The last four times I've ordered from them they have forgotten part of my order and given me the wrong dish I also had to wait 1.5 hours to even get my disappointing slop. Never again will I order from them

Had the pleasure of stopping in on a motorcycle trip. The owners are a young couple and were very friendly and nice to talk to. The pizza was served hot and fresh and the server was very attentive and friendly. I liked the pizza so much I strapped it to my Harley for later. I will definitely be back another time!
Love there food my family got a medium pepperoni pizza a dozen of mild wings and chicken parm dinner which came with bread sticks it was delicious definitely going back.

We were staying in Brasher Falls for the eclipse and found this to be one of the few places in the area for dine-in. What a spectacular experience all around! The space was quiet, and all staff were kind and attentive.We ordered mozzarella sticks, the bacon cheeseburger pizza and the dill pickle pizza. Oh. My. The dill pickle pizza is now one of my favorites. It was cheesy, super flavorful, and the crust was crunchy and doughy..just how I like it. (:
