My wife and I had dinner here at Applebee's in Brentwood. The waitress Val was horrible no personality, only came to us to get our order and pay the bill. We will not be returning here to eat ever. Beware everyone of Val no professional skills. In the wrong field of service.

Taylin was absolutely amazing! Nobody paid me or prompted me to say a thing. His service inspired me to take my time (which is the most valuable thing I have) to write this review. Everything I asked for came exactly as I asked for it. His ability to be busy and attentive to all his customers at the same time was unexplainable. I’m not used to receiving such customer service and he should most definitely be complimented on work ethic. He’s definitely setting the precedent that the rest of your servers should follow….

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating but I can’t. Horrible place, they have a very poor service. I asked them for something in specific, they gave me the opposite. Our waitress never went to our table to check on us or the food. The waiting time was long, took them forever to gave us the check. If you are looking to spend a good time this is definitely not the place.

Date Night! Came here to grab some dinner before going to hang out & play pool with my husband. Haven't been to Applebees in a few years & I must say we missed put lol! The food was absolutely amazing OMG!!! Service was fast, efficient & atmosphere was great.

My car side to go was 30 minutes late while the parking lot was nearly empty. Food came out cold. This will be the last time I come to this Applebees.
