Yeah, I don’t know what’s going on with these Baskin-Robbins. They don’t answer the phone. So can verify if they have a particular flavor available. That shows is available on an Uber or DoorDash app. So when you make the order they send you the wrong order cause they don’t have anything available except the regular, smegular ice cream no flavor of the month. It’s all false advertising. Baskin-Robbins should be shut down I’m tired of it !

Service was bad and workers were rude, young high school kids but they should be better trained I asked for two scoops of ice cream and they were very skimpy with the scoops even though I paid full price

Every time i order door dash around after 10pm my order is ALWAYS ALWAYS WRONG told door dash take them out my restaurant queue still no choice but to order from this place im even scared writing this review.

This ice cream shop is my happy place! Their flavors are out of this world, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Don’t do any delivery services with them. They whatever you order, the employees give you what they feel like that night instead of what you ordered. I swear I’m not a Karen just getting mad at anything, but I’ve ordered on 4 separate occasions and they’ve yet to get my order right not even once. Don’t do it, especially with these prices going up, save your money and find a different chain.

Worst experience I have ever had. I visited Baskin Robbins tonight as I wanted some ice cream. I went into the store and there was a line on the Dunkin side. I was ordering ice cream so I asked the store clerk behind the Baskin Robbins ice cream counter which line I had to stand behind. The ice cream store clerk ignored me 3 times when I asked her what line did I should stand by. She said to me “why are you screaming?” and I was shocked by her response to me. SHE CONTINUED TO SAY” go stand on the line like everybody else.” I can go to any Baskin Robbins. I am visiting my family while I am here in NY. I am appalled at this woman’s behavior. I will never go to this Baskin Robbins ever again. I was ignored and treated like trash. When I got the ice cream home, the ice cream tasted like it was melted and frozen again. Disgusting!!! I ordered chocolate cookie dough. It was utterly gross. I cannot believe I spent money at this store. Won’t be back and will tell my family never to go to this store again.

The best thing about this location is that they offer 2 for 1 sundaes. I visited this place after a long time but was disappointed at that all chairs were removed. Can't understand this logic when there are no Covid related alerts on Long Island.

The employee that was working tonight, Tuesday, 1 March 2022, likes to, in not so many words, CALL CUSTOMERS LIARS!!! Yeah. When I asked him where a straw was to my drink, he said one was provided. I told him, two (2) times, one wasn't provided, he, pretty much, made me out to be a liar. Instead of apologizing for an oversight, he gave me the usual self-entitled response that me, the customer, was wrong. No. That's not how it works!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT STORE!!!!!
