My experience at this location was disappointing. I specifically asked for decaf, but the employee filled the coffee box with regular coffee and then added decaf on top. When I pointed it out, he denied it and tried to argue. Unfortunately, I had to still take it anyway because I was already late for an appointment.

Got my coffee in less than 10 seconds!! Impressive to say the least. And that drive through line is in and out quicker than I got my coffee. Whether you need a quick coffee break or something to fuel your day on that morning commute: this dunkin has you covered.

Drive - thru (yay!) . Workers at the window are always nice. This a good dunkin spot, and they are fast! The only negative is that they are located on a busy road right next to a train track. The wait can feel like forever to leave. If you go inside, it is small space.

If i could rate this 0 i would. I went to get my order this morning, i asked for a order of loaded hash browns, when i drove to the window and the guy give me the bag it was just regular hash brown, i told him that i asked for loaded hash brown and he was so rude and disrespectful, he said i order regular hash browns (what i’m pretty sure i didn’t) i asked him if he can change it and he responded so rude that he will have to charge extra for that and i was completely fine with that, he took the bag and started complaining that it was completely my fault and he didn’t have time for that (all this while he was so rude to me and so disrespectful) i work at costumer service, even if i mistake while ordering, he has no right to treat me like trash, i was been very nice to him, so horrendous guy, i will recommend everyone i know to NOT COME to this store

Absolutely terrible experience went through drive through the man that took my order was absolutely horrible wouldn’t let me finish a sentence had an attitude the whole time parked me for coffee and a sandwich ??? There was no line waited a LONG time for my order when I said thankyou he rolled his eyes and walked away he burnt my sandwich and my coffee cup was leaking from the bottom made a BIG MESS in my car !

I went to this location for a large ice coffee..I ordered with oat milk.caramel .wheep cream and caramel drizzle with brown sugar decaffeinated.and the guy give me .regular coffee and Cold foam 🥺and no caramel drizzle I was in a rush that's why I couldn't go back to return my coffee 😔I didn't drink anything cause I can't have caffeine! 😔

Horrible customer service! Geraldo is so rude, thinking that he can yell at customers! This is not the first time, but certainly the last. Saying that corporate would not do anything about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE! cinnamon was added to the top whipped cream of my drink. Since I have an allergy to cinnamon, my husband told the man at the window PLEASE REMAKE THE DRINK SHE HAS A CINNAMON ALLERGY. They handed back the same drink with the whipped cream with cinnamon taken off the top then replaced it with new whipped cream. PURE LAZINESS and it’s DANGEROUS. Went back in and asked for a refund- said they can’t do refunds because there isn’t a manager there. I said they can actually remake the drink and I’ll take it. This time all the put in the drink was caramel and milk… no coffee…. Take the time to go to another franchise. Clearly these employees aren’t trained properly or they don’t have a crap.
