The products, the flavor and everything 100% Very bad staff!!! Sometimes they serve you well and other times they serve you poorly, if you ask them for something they often do not give it to you as it should be served, they make gestures with their faces, they rush you to pay quickly. I think they should change their attitude towards customers. I don't go to a place in another country and I expect to receive that treatment. I repeat sometimes if they have been kind, but most of the time a problem arises and they change their attitude towards us. I will leave a photo, I asked for a banana, obviously I hope it looks like the one in the photo, in exchange I received that they do not have cream (which I understand) but also the strawberry ball that I ordered was almost nothing, I asked the guy to be the same as the ones Others told me that they were annoying and grabbed the biggest one there was and planted it in the middle. Seriously, that is no way to treat a customer. I didn't ask for more than what I had paid!

Tell me why I was ordering ice cream with toppings and this old woman that usually works every night was gonna charge me $3 extra for toppings on the side even though I paid for toppings already. I just preferred to get one of the toppings on the side idk why this old bag decided to have a problem and try to charge me extra just bc I wanted it on the side but after that I realized I won’t have that old lady serve me again, but the other employees are great and don’t ever have an issue.
Got me a cappy blast caramel this morning it tastes nasty ,,when i observed and look at it the milk is spoiled,,,,,,,i try to call them but there number is sending me all over the world,,,,,i need my refund for $6,99,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The young workers were not doing their job correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, and he said that they didn't have it. When I told him how to make it, he had to do it. It felt like he did not want to bother to do it. My order was taken, but the service was not good, and there was no manager on the premises. All 3 workers were making orders and also had problems with another customer. In the meantime, other people were waiting on line not being helped.The bathroom door doesn't open from the outside, and the workers had to use a knife to open it. There is no lock from the inside. I am not happy at all from this visit. I'm not coming here again.
Parking: Potholes, it needs to be re done. 2 entrances and exits from the parking lot. It is a small parking lot.
