Worst experience ever!! I frequently visit this location but today was a huge eye opener, their pupusas are not the greatest but it’s so close to home so I go for convenience, today I was given pupusas that were not cooked, they were pale white and tasted horrible. I called but not for fresh ones to be made, or refund, I called to given them heads up, no apology, no thank you for letting me know, no offer to go for new ones!! Viejas diablas

Is this a Baleada?I had to throw it awayThe food is usually very delicious.But this Baleada seems to have been made since the morning, the tortilla on the edges was so hard that it couldn't be eaten, they heated it in the microwave and the cream was like cut$8 dollars for this? And they cut the bullet into pieces. I would prefer if it were whole

Food looks so good. People are extremely rude just if they don’t want to sell much food, they get mad if you ask for more food. I’m not coming back people laugh at costumersAlso the other day I went and a guy was eating an orange without gloves and he just came and served my food without washing his hand or gloves ??♀️ NOT A GOOD DELI

I was in the mood for pupusas today for my family and was disappointed. We got the order home and found the pupusas doughy and undercooked. On top of that the curtido came in tiny little bags and was orangish. the usual spot we go to the curtido is a little crunchy and only white from the mayo. i was hoping to make this my new pupusa spot but sadly i will continue looking.
