I am Uber Eats and today I went to pick up orders the girl who gave me the orders gave me another order I came back to change it and I arrived in a good way kindly to change the order the mistake was both mine for not paying attention and the girl's for giving orders wrong, I apologized and a man came out who works dispatching the orders. I don't know if he is a manager, but he told me in a bad way that he would not change it again when we both made the mistake. We have to accept when we are wrong and even more so this day when they had a total disaster in the restaurant was very rude and your tone was mocking. If you are going to work in customer service, study customer service manners first.

I'm looking for a way to file a complaint... this is the third time they've left me without a pizza. My children waited until 1130 for their pizzas and they never delivered. One of the people I had there confirmed that they were going to send my order but they never ordered it and the payment has been paid. They asked someone to tell me how to respond

I called at 12:11 was told 15 minutes and received this at 12:40 when I arrived at 12:31. I asked if it wasn’t done & I was told it was “pushed back” because it was “undercooked.” I only get a 30 minute lunch break so I called in advance for that reason. This was really frustrating and the pizza is still undercooked for how Pizza Hut’s personal pizza’s usually look. Disappointed.
