The food here was fine but the person that was taking my order didn’t understand me and got me wrong things, and she wasn’t nice.

Went in lady drive thru giving a attitude rushing to get my order, then i go to next window and i see the amount for two meals is off so I tell him my order he confirmed thats whats on his end , when i get the food only one meal and a lemonade, i then tell them whats the order i places and all you hear is all older ladies talking in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand and say that i didn’t order 2 combos , then they asked what im missing so they can charge it and comes back with a sandwich when i clearly asked for a # 1 .

It takes a lot of frustration to post a hate rate; but today I got a sandwich and they gave me some tiny ass lettuce and everything just looked like it was rushed and tasted like if it was heated up a few times, my boyfriend went to complain and all they did was replace the lettuce.. we asked for a refund and they refused.

This wendys can get very busy. It's in a prime location. Never had a issue and I've been there a few times

Went through the teller, and they always have somebody. That does not understand when you make the order. And they always mess up onto my sauce for my chicken nuggets. But the food is good and fast.Just what I needed.Don't wanna complain too much

To be honest I don’t even know why I keep going to this location. I always specifically ask at the drive thru speaker for condiments and such and then again at the window (both in English/Spanish) but these employees always have a smirk on their face and laugh or on their phones and gossiping when you’re trying to double check if everything is in the bag & correct. They almost swear every time that it is meanwhile when I get to your destination once again missing things like always. What kind of service is that?! Very disappointed, it’s like they care less every time.

Service leaves much to be desired. Going through the drive through, there were no other customers yet it took 10 minutes to receive our food. They forgot the coffee and had to go back for it, which took even more time. I got no straw for my drink. The last time I was there I paid for a frosty tag that I never got. I will not be going going back here, it's a waste or time and money.
