My daughter is obsessed with BUC she’s autistic and has adhd also has food sensory issues Erin and Christian have gotten my daughter to try new foods and eat something more then just chicken and fries they are passionate at what they do and take pride in it. They have fixed any food issues we’ve ever had with absolutely with no issue what so ever when asked how everything is if there’s an issue there on top of it and fix it this restaurant has become a second home to me and my daughter and for there restaurant and them I am forever grateful cause no one has ever gotten my daughter to try a new food. I recommend reservations cause they do get busy but they will do there best to accommodate you if you don’t have one!! Food is absolutely amazing along with there staff Thank you for being you guys and feeding me and my daughter

Whenever you walk into the Union you’re greeted with a smile. I don’t think I’ve ever had one bad experience inside of this establishment. I’ve been to both their food truck and diner and the food is beyond amazing. The combination of flavors is always outstanding and you really can feel the love that’s put in to the food. And that redneck reuban is a must try for all. I also love that you can get mostly all of their menu items to go, or you can make a call into the diner and place a quick pickup order. Not to mention if there’s something you want that’s not on the menu the staff goes above and beyond to try their hardest to make it happen. I absolutely will continue to be a regular here! Such a great family place, or even a great place to stop in alone! There’s always a great conversation to be had! I’m sharing this amazing cordon bleu Sammy I had recently. The chicken was fried to perfection and I’m already craving another!

Great food, owners were so friendly. We came in close to closing and there were only a couple of other people in the restaurant but they didn't make us feel rushed. the food tasted great, was hot and came out quickly.

The food is so good, and the staff is super friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going since they opened. I moved out of state and I make sure I eat here every single time I visit family. I do recommend reservations because I haven’t been once when it wasn’t packed.
My family & I love Buc. They take great care of their customers & staff. Their meals are worth every penny and worth raving about. Complaints should be taken with a grain of salt!!! Those who don’t like BUC simply don’t like them because they don’t tolerate abusive behavior, which makes us love them even more.
Third time there. Used to be good. Party of 5, all meals except 1 came out cold and tasteless. Will never go back again

So very sad😢. Came here today to have a nice birthday breakfast with our son but things went south from the get go. Ordered coffee and needed cream- easy enough and the same as all the many many times we’ve dined there. However today the “cream” was a couple of small plastic to-go containers filled with a warm chunky, curdled substance. Still used it in my coffee where the chunks floated til they melted and then produced a nasty, bubbly oil slick(kind of like oil in a parking lot puddle) on the top. I couldn’t stomach drinking it so I simply asked for half and half and a new cup of coffee upon which I was informed that the slimy concoction in the to go cups was a combo of heavy cream and milk because they” don’t like serving fake creamers with additives”. I didn’t know regular old half and half was fake or full of additives. Only other choice was milk which I don’t love in coffee but settled for. The food came out and 3 out of 5 plates were cold so we sent one back immediately and that was not well received. One plate, although cold, tasteless and dry was half eaten by the starving birthday person who eventually couldn’t stomach any more. The other orders were also sub-par. Crispy potatoes, nope they were barely cooked through. However the bacon burnt beyond edible. The hollandaise sauce was a gelatinous clump that was somehow unbelievably sour. The chicken was over cooked and dry as a bone. Gluten free waffles like old freezer burnt Eggos. Poached eggs with solid yolks. Burnt on the bottom pancakes and weird green coloring on scrambled eggs. Although no one liked or was eating their meal we were reluctant to complain because we have been long time regulars and figured anyone could just have an off day. Finally after noticing no one in our party was eating their food, I decided to tell the server who immediately sent the owner to our table. The owner was clearly irritated and informed us that after sticking her finger in the returned cold plate, that it seemed hot enough to her. She then nastily informed us the whole table was comped although we were still trying to pay for FIVE unconsumed breakfasts.
She walked into the back then came back to say she spoke with the second owner and that we are not welcome in their establishment ever again! At that point our 5 year old grandson started crying because he loves it there after being regular customers for so long. By then every eye in the place is on us as the owner proceeded to tell us that the greasy curdled cream, the cold, poorly cooked and nasty tasting food was fine and for us to leave. Now we were trying to dress and zip the child up outside in 12 degree weather. Three generations of our family have been in the restaurant/food business from owners to chef to servers and every position in between so we get it but NEVER have we had an experience so unprofessional, uncaring, and down right mean! We couldn’t have been more shocked and surprised by their outrageous and over the top reaction. Yeah, admittedly the food has been going downhill on our last couple visits but geeze, guess we must’ve hit a sore spot. So sad to see a once loved, creative and unique establishment going down in flames right before your eyes. Avoid this place, if not just because the food is definitely a shadow of what it once was, but simply because you, as the paying consumer, don’t want to be gaslighted and humiliated in front of the entire diner.
dry, tasteless and

I can't tell a lie - they have the absolute best Reuben I've ever had. I consider myself a Reuben coniseuer and judge places by their Reubens. Perfect size, right price and their smokey fries are phenomenal!

Great little diner/cafe. Great, updated takes on classic food. I had the Killer Spinach Ricotta Scamble. It was delicious. We also ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits. It was HUGE! Good prices, great food!! 10/10
