Every time I've ordered between 1pm - 6pm , I've received pepperoni pizza that was old so they try to put new cheese and pepperoni over the top and reheat it. This time not only did the do this, but the cheese pizza , Italian cheese bread, and pizza puffs, were all dry , burned, and obviously reheated. Employees seem more interested in sitting outside at the front of the store smoking and vaping instead of doing their job. Worst ever, this is the last time I will ever go here

So this review is for an individual person and she is absolutely awesome!! Her name is Daniel and she truly cares about providing outstanding costumer services and striving to provide a quality product for the customers. We had an issue with our order and she owned it and made it right for us. Because of her we will continue to use this place as our go to place for our pizza place!!! All the love for her and she is a true simble of what Little Caesar’s should strive to be!!!!

My family will occasionally order from here whenever we want something quick and it’s too late to cook dinner. Tonight, this place put out perhaps the best pizza in company history. This pizza was STUNNING, DELICIOUS & the pepperonis were cooked to perfection. I mean seriously, the deep dish pepperoni tonight easily takes down some typical pizza joints. Little Caesars might catch flak but tonight they shined.

The food is awful..old and cold.sitting around for hours..the lady was rude and not professional, lack of customer service. My pizza was dried out and cold. The crazy puffs were so hard from sitting. What happened to hot and ready. Never again!!!!

stopped in to get an order of the new crazy puffs. literally takes 10 minutes to cook if that and they have been open for 2 hours yet told me it would be an hour to two hours to have those made for me because they hadn't started prepping them. all they could make me was a whole pizza. kinda sad the customers aren't taken seriously. don't waste your money at this place the employees are rude including the assistant manager.

They lock the doors a half hr before they close! Tried to go through the drive thru and was told they only had a cheese pizza that was old! Never again will I go there I'll drive to dominos first. Pizza is better anyway and better service!!!

All the crazy breads was clearly not fresh. And for fast food workers to be getting paid 15 an hour to hand out garbage is insulting. I expect it to be gourmet forvwhat they ate getting paid to do. It's absolutely ridiculous and fast food is even going downhill. And I'm absolutely done giving this establishment my business.
I grew up in the greater Central square/brewerton area most of my life and would not recommend this little Ceasars location growing up this was the place to buy cheap pizza if you did not want to cook when your going out it was never meant to be great food but now I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy I know people that work here and that make the food don't even bother buying consumable food here let alone a cheaply made pizza this place is disgusting and gross the health department needs to investigate this little Ceasars location and shut it down I'm suprised nobody has gotten food poisoning yet

I met a lady named Kim that works there.She has the most positive attitude.What a great find for this owner.Her customer service is top of the line and I continue to occasionally visit this shop because of Kim .Kim thank you for your friendly approach,heart warming smile,and willing to do the small ,simple things to make a customer happy.Great Job....

Ordered online and when I got there the employee informed there is usually a delay when putting in a online order, only had to wait 5 minutes and he was very nice explaining the delay. The atmosphere is really a product of that whole strip mall can't blame the employees
