Employee laughed and acknowledged customer was mother and very inconsiderate. Horrible location, service less than par for years and management same for duration resulting in no change to improving business practices. Replace manager with competent leader looking for results and customer service. I will continue to submit bad reviews until management removed and service improves!Disgusting, unprofessional, clueless to service, bad customer service!

Stopped in the Brewerton NY McDonald's. They saw me standing there at the counter waiting to be helped, and I politely waited for a while, but the girl with the dirty blonde hair just kept salting the fries and ignored me. The others weren't even watching the register to weigh on customers. Never coming here again.
