The food was done well! Hubby loved his steak. I of course had yet another version of Eggplant Parmesan. It was good. I would order it again. I love to eat eggplant and there haven't been many versions that were knock your socks off. I just like to know that when I'm ready to have it again, there are places I can count on for a solid classic Eggplant Parmesan. ?

Service was really good. The waiters were very attentive. ❣️

Vegetarian options: Had a few interesting vegetarian options including a vegan bowl with chickpeas and lentils. Will likely try next time.

The place had an elegant atmosphere. My husband and I had a romantic dinner. They had lovely orchids on the plates. Our food was really excellent. The wait staff was charming. The waiter even put the orchids for me in a container to take home. A very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time!

Ordered medium Prime Rib tonight came out well done and extremely thin. Manager appeared at the table the second time, claims he “serves this all day lunch and dinner” and everyone likes it. Well i got news for this clown the steak was terrible at best. SEE YA NEVER AGAIN FOOD

Dinner with my daughter and had such a long wait. Pasta and meatballs - meatballs were literally plain, no pan or bake marks. Food was mediocre. Kitchen was slow.

Great ambiance and service. Food was mediocre. Portobello mushroom was delicious. Bistro burger was not cooked as requested. As for the Steak Taquitos, it lacked the authentic taste although the steak alone was good. Will return to try a different dish.

Excellent service, couldn't ask for better. Eggplant Parm was awesome. Alaska Crab cakes were fine!

My visit to 512 Bistro in Ossining was delightful! I started with an excellent lychee martini, beautifully garnished with lychee and a fresh flower. For our main course, my sister and I enjoyed a tasty filet mignon and a half roasted chicken, both cooked to perfection. The highlight, however, was the cheesecake crème brûlée—absolutely off the chain! To top it all off, the staff surprised me by singing happy birthday, making the evening truly special. I highly recommend this spot for a memorable dining experience!

I can't say enough good things about 512. We ate here for the first time a couple of weeks ago but were treated like long time customers from the moment we walked through the door. All of the staff were courteous and attentive without being intrusive. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent. Best mojito I've had in a long time. The dining room was warm and inviting. A perfect dining experience!

Dietary restrictions: Several great options for vegans, especially the vegan bowl.

Enjoyed a delicious brunch here today. Husband had filet mignon eggs Benedict and the steak was grilled to perfection and melted in his mouth. My eggs ranchero were excellent as well. Price for brunch was wellwithin reason. Service was very attentive and the manager was warm and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely return.

Just went to lunch today with a friend. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and was fairly empty. But I’m here to report about my food. I ordered the pork belly wrap. I was very disappointed. The flavor of the wrap was there, however, if I wanted to pay $16.99 for a mushroom wrap I would’ve never ordered it. I literally had to open the wrap and pick out the little bits, and I’m talking little bits of the pork belly. The wrap consisted mostly of mushrooms and onions. I did tell the waiter and he said he would tell the chef. So I basically paid for mushroom wrap. at the very least it would have been nice for him to say let me offer you a dessert on us or a cup of coffee. I really would have to think twice to eat here again. * the reason for the four star rating for food was because it did have a nice flavor, otherwise I would’ve given it one star***
