We always have a delicious dinner and great service when we eat here. The owner is very attentive and appreciates his customers. The grilled Bronzino is my favorite!

We had high hopes, given the many glowing reviews. We ate at the bar. Some oysters were not properly shucked so they were still attached to the shells. The cocktails were good but some were served with a flashing LED mixed in with the ice. That's not classy, it's tacky. And it's super annoying to have a glass in front of you rapidly flashing and changing color. The bartender/server repeatedly spent much time chatting with the patrons next to us while we waited to place our food and drink orders. The food was fine but not exceptional. The place is fairly pricey and overall the experience was "meh". I've eaten in many great oyster bars and this isn't one of them.

The food was very tasty. The sangria was very good. Atmosphere was cozy. Prices were fair. Would definitely go back again!

Yummy seafood. Good date night. It was a week day, so not so busy. I was told it was difficult to get in on weekends. I had mussels as an appetizer and some kind of chicken dish (basically chicken piccata) with risotto on the side. The mussels were amazing, and they had like a broth and toast on the side. I had in mind the chicken would be a little different, but my husband thought it was really good. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. I decided I needed a vegetable, so I ordered some broccoli. They cooked it butter with some garlic slivers, and that broccoli was just delicious. I was stuffed after that, and had that broccoli taste for a little while. Amazing.

FANTASTIC! I woke up this morning thinking about the the halibut! Everyone from the host, to the wait staff, to the bartender are completely focused on delivering more than a meal...delivering an experience.

Great food. Specials were priced higher than many entrees for comparable foods and should have been mentioned when describing them. All good though and the service was outstanding. Will go back!

We did a valentines dinner. It was a price fixed menu for $100 pp. Unfortunately all the options were regular menu items so it was easy to tell that we paid $50 extra for the same amount of food. If they had adjusted the menu slightly I wouldn't have cared, but it was literally just a more restricted menu for more $. They also hardly had any gluten free options which is surprising these days.

Words fail me. I cannot praise this place enough. The menu has so many offerings my wife and I wanted to try that we each made sure we had nothing that was the same so we could try each others selections and maximize our experience. There was absolutely nothing we would not order again, which is a problem since there remain more on the menu we wish to try. The lobster bisque, clam chowder, oysters Rockefeller, lobster tails, the daily special, which was a stuffed sole were fabulous. The key lime cheese cake had an aromaticity that I never experienced. It delighted the nose before ever reaching my palette. The service was attentive without being intrusive. And if that was not enough, I dropped my watch in the parking lot outside the restaurant, and did not realize it until we got home. I called the restaurant as my find devices suggested it might be in there and they looked, despite having a crowd. When I returned to the restaurant the owner insisted one of the employees help me find it. My wife and I will certainly make the Dive Oyster House a regular dining experience and recommend the same to anyone.

I highly recommend this restaurant, because of the ambiance, friendly professional service, and best of all the dishes perfectly prepared in gourmet style. Later on, after dinner, I still dreamed about those delicious fresh raw oysters! This restaurant is simply one of the best seafood restaurants around. The waiter offered us 2 port wine glasses to go with our dessert which, was generous and I've only experienced in Europe. Even though it is in the small town of lovely Briarcliff Manor, I think word will spread about its fine dining. I will be bringing friends here.
