Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management...

Never really had a problem here. Staff is always helpful and polite. Place is always kept clean. I like the waiting area with the comfortable chairs. Really nice touch. Food is typically good. Never tastes unfresh.

The cashier Kimberly did an amazing job handiling the store all by herself. I was so impressed by her excellent work ethic, speed and composure while working all alone, that I had to come back to complement her. She is doing a great job at the Briarcliff NY manor location. Being able to self manage a whole store alone is a huge task and she really is an example of what hard work looks like. ?
