We were really looking forward to our dinner at Guadalajara. My biggest concern was a very aggressive interaction with a waitstaff person. The waiter misheard my friend's order. He brought the wrong food. She asked nicely to fix the issue. He kept repeating over and over that she was wrong and this is what she ordered and its what she said. It got aggressive and very awkward. Eventually she was brought the correct meal. No apology was offered.The food was okay. I had the chicken flautas which were tasty. The vegetarian combination plate was sad looking and very expensive. Additionally, its $9 for chips and salsa which seems wild to me.overall really disappointing experience, colored especially by the interaction with our waiter. We won't be back.

Ate here quite a few times over the years and loved it. This time I had to ask our unfriendly server if they have new owners. Love the frozen blue margaritas but told they no longer have. Regular was good. ordered guac and chips and server gave us very small bowl of chips when we asked for more he brought us out a coffee cup size and a warning we would pay if we asked for more chips after that. This is a first for a Mexican restaurant. Usually other restaurants bring us more chips without asking. Almost a $200 bill at the end and we get hassled about chips. My Mole enchilada was good. Veggie Burrito bad and tacos ok. We all agreed Don Juan in Pleasantville is now much better. We won't be back

Finally made it to Guadalajara. I have been meaning to come since they opened some 20 years ago. I'm not a fan of Mexican cuisine. This is the place that Trumps' kids celebrated Erics birthday & they all got major flack from the media. We walked in and you would think you're in Mexico. The wall decor, the foors were all over the top. We had a choice of seating in/outdoor. We decided on indoor and were seated in one of the dinning rooms. After perusing the menu for a while, we ordered Guac, Burrito Rosarita, Mole Pablano, Shrimp Quesadilla and Spicy Grilled Shrimp. The Guac was prepared table side and let me say this - I'd come back for the Guac. My wife's' Mole was ok as were my Grilled Shrimp. Both my guys devoured their dishes, Burrito and the Shrimp Quesadilla. All in all it's ok. To be honest, way over priced for Mexican food.

This was a long time coming . The ambience , music , staff and parking made with a nice little drive and I would do it again but at night to see the ambience . Food was authentic and the staff made our dinner one to remember . You will not regret and thank you to the Guadalajara staff you guys are awesome
