Despite the friendly guy taking orders.. I don't see any reason to return.... Especially when I spent $34 for two burgers, one fry (small) and one water. Burger was overcooked, over salted, the bun to burger ratio skewed which then made the cheese seem insignificant. There is much not to like and they charge a lot for a little. The team, better yet.. the procedure, is not efficient which kept me waiting 25 minutes while only 2 people ahead of me. This is a dumb franchise, that the owner doesn't seem to be working. The pictures posted here look like they came from pissed off employees. They are trying to tell us something... wish I yelped first and didn't eat here.

Unprofessional and irresponsible environment. staff always on phones, listening to earbuds and barely want to acknowledge you. Found hair on lettuce . Numerous times. Ppl hardly wear hats in there, or have long hair properly covered or tied! So unsanitary! Store is filthy, constantly has mold on surfaces. Lemonade bubbler is filthy, and never gets cleaned! The kid Mikey drinks on shift and is very aggressive towards customers and staff! witnessed a man with black shirt, name John or Juan constantly aggressive and always verbally negative with female staff members! Owner is oblivious or just doesn't care. Hardly there! Only cares about the revenue. Freezer is constantly shutting down. Frozen items are constantly defrosting! Ice cream machine smells like spoiled milk. Meats and cheeses are constantly going bad, bread is horrible. Something is always broken down or out of service when I'm there. Staff is run by kids who seem to barely know what they're doing. seen bugs here, roaches, fly's constantly, and centipedes! Get this place in order before someone gets sick!

No Moodle Doodle this was an awful experience. i came here looking for a getaway. a way to free myself. instead, i was met with disappointment. the wall was not only blank, but no where in sight was there any doodling material. service was mediocre l, i did not tip for my 12.77 small shake and fry.

The fries were chewy and cold and the burger was also chewy and cold. On a separate note, what is this bun? It’s like soggy circles cut out of white bread. Overall one of the worst burger experiences in recent memory.

I stopped by based on good reviews so maybe I caught them on a bad day. The exterior and decor seemed well done so on entering I thought I was in for a burger matching the very nice menu photos. The staff seemed unorganized. Burger and sweet potato fries were greasy and nothing special. I won't be going

There's nothing better than a cheeseburger fries and a shake! This place does that but it's just mediocre, Also pricey, everything is a "add on" like onions , pickles. $39.99 for 2 burgers with "add ons" 1 shake, 1 fries, and a soda. At that price , I should be telling you "it was delicious"

Today I decided to give this Mooyah location a seconds chance (first time was not good, burger was soggy and fries cold and stale- back during the pandemic approx Aug 2020). Today solidified my thoughts on this place. I walk in around 3pm on a Monday and the place is literally empty, no other customers there. I walk up to the counter and stand there for about 4-5 min while the little employee is in the kitchen prepping another order, he looks at me and doesn’t acknowledge me. He has both ear buds on so he’s obviously listening to something. Okay cool, but still doesn’t even attempt to help me. There’s another young girl employee drinking a fountain drink, sitting down (in guessing she was on her break). Okay fine, so I continue waiting. Now I’m attempting to make eye contact with the kid whose in the kitchen/prep area to see if he at least had ANY intentions of looking at me or maybe signals me a “hood on a sec” or something! Nothing. Between him and the girl who’s sitting down, they look at each other smirking as if knowing neither of them want to come and work and take my order. At this point I felt uncomfortable and it’s already been about 7-8 min of just standing there. Again, I’m the ONLY customer there. I’ve waited at restaurants before for close to 10-20 or 30 min before ordering, just a simple greeting or acknowledgement is all that it takes. But these kids don’t care. So I asked them “Is this place closed??” And they look at each other then look up at me and nod “no”. Again, not one word said to me, at all. I tell them no wonder the place is empty. This place has so much potential, but management obviously couldn’t care less. I wanted to walk over the counter and make my own burger but didn’t want to create a scene, so I left. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!
