I'm a bit disappointed with the service. We paid a significant price, expecting a high-quality coffee experience, but the coffee we were served was a very small amount. We felt that the quantity did not match the asking price at all.

Nov 2024, If I could I would give this Starbucks location ZERO Stars. “What a difference a year makes.” The phots you see posted should be removed from the site because there were NO tables or chairs inside or outside, only a cash register. Reminds me of a drive-thru without the car. We walked in and walked out without buying a thing. What Is Starbucks thinking by not allowing their customers the luxury of sitting down and enjoying their cup of coffee. Does Starbucks expect their customers to sit in their cars or stand around drinking their high priced coffee? I will NEVER, go back there and I am making sure I tell all my friends and family about my experience. Honestly, I don’t understand why anyone would want to spend their money here and support this location? “Folks, Wake up and Smell The Coffee,” you don’t have to be subjected to lack of chairs and tables. Go where you’re appreciated and can sit down and enjoy yourself.

A disgrace to the Starbucks brand. Absolutely pathetic. Do NOT visit.
The new & “improved” interior design which essentially forces mobile ordering is frustrating; no seating whatsoever, no public bathroom, and drinks are half-a**ed made. Employees seem frustrated and as though they wish to not be there. Ice is little pebbles, which is shocking for a high-end coffee shop brand. Drinks do not taste like they do at other store locations (particularly for what I recently ordered: too much ice, too much cream, not proper flavoring, and little-to-no coffee).
In closing, highly recommend NOT visiting; go elsewhere, you’ll be happy you did so.

I returned to the newly renovated Stabucks. This grab and go model that they mentioned was a bad idea. Starbucks has lost its coffee shop appeal. They used to be sitting here and there’s no more seating. Sorry to say but bad job Starbucks. I understand you want to have more space for your team to produce the drinks. That makes sense but seating should not have been removed.

Walked in and asked for a tall coffee and was told they don’t have any drip coffee because of their machines. However, was told that what they’ve been doing is providing Americanos. Ok, not what I want but I said if you charge me the same price as a coffee I’ll order one. The answer was no, because they use different ingredients. The fact that Starbucks of all places couldn’t provide drip coffee and then wouldn’t make things right by providing a substitution at the same price promoted. E yo ask for the manager. The barista came back and said the manager said no. Different ingredients, different price. I asked if I could speak to the manager and was told I would have to wait around 5 minutes (not sure what the manager was doing in back or if there even was a manager). Fed up, I explained I was taking my business to Dunkin. I wish this was an isolated incident but it isn’t.

You blew it. You turned a 3rd place into an assembly line. You took Schultz’s idea and you distilled it down to just food out the door. Not even a single place to sit outside ? I don’t see why a remodel needs to be so extreme.

Today was the first time I went to the newly renovated Starbucks in Briarcliff Manor, NY. While it looked nice and clean inside there were no tables to sit at anymore. I also did not see access to a bathroom. I ordered a decaf misto with steamed skim milk and a pump of peppermint and my husband ordered an iced coffee. When I got into my car and drove away I realized that I paid for a pump of peppermint and did not have any in my coffee. The coffee also tasted weak like water. I was very dissatisfied. My husbands iced coffee looked and tasted like water. It was actually the worst coffee we have ever had from a Starbucks. Spent $13.00 and was very very disappointed. Will have to try a different Starbucks next time. Also, why can I not get a decaf iced coffee from any Starbucks???

My daughter and I had a Saturday tradition of going to this Starbucks after ballet. This summer they closed it for renovations and when it reopened they had removed all the seating. Now we can't continue our Saturday tradition. Thanks Starbucks for making a 5 year old girl cry.

I love this branch of Starbucks. We always stop here for a quick coffee break on our way to hike Breakneck. The staff here is just lovely. Clean bathrooms which is a bonus. ?
