best taco bell ive been to, not lying. I got two near me in Danbury, CT and this one smokes them

Very frequent times I pass by to pick up food I placed on the app only to receive wrong/missing items that were prepared wrong but also EVERYTHING you get will be lacking in terms of stuffing like beef, chicken, steak etc, instead you'll receive a measly amount of veggie options to go along with your order.

Always a good option for a budget friendly meal. I use the app to order and drive thru for pickup. The whole transaction is pretty seamless.

You go to another taco bell and they'll be really slow but this one was really quick. It was also definitely way cleaner then the other.

I love Taco Bell but this one is horrible, I’ll drive to elmsford or Yorktown to avoid this one that is super close. I noticed that prices here are also higher?? Which makes no sense other than possibly being overcharged and ripped off by the workers - one strange thing that I notice happens here vs anywhere else is the drive thru kids always ask me to donate to the Taco Bell college fund? I’ve been to Taco Bell’s all over the world and not ONE other has asked me this which leads me to think it’s not legit and may be a scam. This also leads me to truly believe the pricing is off too potentially as a scam to pocket money

As an Irishman spending 2 weeks in New York I wanted to try as many fast food joints as I could and taco bell was high up on my list. I went for a combo box with 2 pretty decent tacos , nothing mind blowing but good quality and nice flavours , the grilled cheese burrito was my favourite thing . So tasty, the beef burrito was fine , the seasoned fries with cheese sauce were excellent. Would love to have this in Ireland , the Baja Blast was excellent too

Terrible customer service. On 10.17.25 around 630pm I ordered a quesadilla w avocado ranch sauce as a side. The same way I've always ordered it here and in other tacobells. For whatever reason they said it was my fault they put the sauce in the quesadilla. Not on the side like I had thought I ordered. The girl says well the food is already done. And showed me a ticket showing I wanted a side of avocado ranch.
so I asked ok can you remake it bc this isn't how I wanted my order. She said, "well the food is already made" and put the bag in front of me. I grabbed the bag and gave it back and said ok I'm not going to take this this way pls remake it. She talked to someone over the headset and they did not want to remake my order. Until I told them gimme a refund then. A lady I'm assuming was the manager on duty comes up to me and said that it's a waste of food because they already made it. I said ok but it's not how I want it idgi why its such an issue just give me a refund then. She goes to show me the same ticket that said I ordered a side. I again looked at her and said okay??? I've worked in tacobell years ago. There's no way no how you can tell a customer "well the food is made already" and try and hand me a bag. I tried to be very respectful and nice to your food service workers. But it's kind of hard when they are replying to you in such an unprofessional manner. If I made a "mistake" ordering on the kiosk it's fine. But fix it pls. No need for all the back talk. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

The worst taco bell I have ever been to
Ordered on the app, checked in at the drive-thru, and was told to park and wait. Fine, no problem. But over the next 30 minutes, we watched every single car that arrived after us leave before us. Multiple employees came out asking what we were waiting for—including the same girl who initially told us to park. After half an hour, my sister went inside to complain, only to have the staff in the back openly mock her frustration and offer no clear answer on whether our food had even been started. She then requested a refund, and they couldn't even figure out how much to give us back (the total, obviously). After almost 40 minutes of waiting, we left without any food. The management should be seriously embarrassed by their night crew’s incompetence and attitude.
