Terra Rustica Ristorante Italiano

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The wait was unbelievably long, and many people around us were visibly frustrated and complaining. To make things worse, the owners were nowhere to be found, and one of the managers outright lied to us, claiming this never happens. A quick look at the Google reviews proves it's a common issue. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on such poor management and customer service.

Honestly, I’ve always heard great things about Terra Rustica. Went this weekend for my brother in laws bday (party of 9, had a reservation). It started off with some jenky folding table that didn’t properly fit all of us. We were able to over look. Then it took over 1.5 hours to get a drink. Just a drink. I understand the place was packed but that’s unacceptable. Food took another 1.5 hours. Food was decent but most plates were cold and sitting in the kitchen for a while. Every table in the restaurant was complaining of the horrible service. I would not recommend and I will not be back.

Wanna be miserable? Then this is the place to come! Continuously served flat soda after telling them over and over the soda was flat. No menus were given. Drink order wasn’t taken until after appetizers came. Good was cold. For the prices they charge, it was a disgrace. All the tables were complaining. It was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and this was a birthday dinner. The manager didn’t come over and apologize or comp anything. His excuse was “we haven’t been busy in months.” What does that have to do with the customers!? If you can’t handle the amount of people in your restaurant, don’t allow that many to come in. I will never go back there.

Some of the best Italian fine dining in Westchester, and we got Italians. I would put it up against a Michelin star rated restaurant.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Family style option for pastas and appetizers very convenient with large crowd. Eating outside with enclosed deck very comfortable.

Just a public service announcement that they do not have outdoor dining.

Called them before heading all the way out there and they said they have outdoor dining.

But once we went there they said they only have fully enclosed terrace dining. And the few outdoor dining tables they do have is for people who show up with their dogs.
