We’ve been here many times. The food and service are very good most of the time. The servers always fill water glasses regularly and I like that. The atmosphere looks nice, but it gets very loud when busy which can be hard on neurodivergent people. I crave their frisée salad. My parents love this restaurant.

We just hosted our rehearsal dinner for our wedding with Terra Rustica. They took great care of us, the food was phenomenal and the drinks kept coming! So delicious! Will be coming back! Thank you!

Great staff, they are so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the ambiance was good. The staff were attentive and warm. Mixed drinks were nicely done to perfection.

I wouldn’t recommend Terra Rústica this restaurant is not recommended for special events. Today being Mother’s Day they were not prepared for the large crowd. Even after we made reservations we still had to wait. Their poor communication on their website disappointed us after they stop brunch at 1 pm with no indication on their website. We had to order dinner at 1:30 which did not get served until almost 4 pm, by this time we were so frustrated and the food was made very poorly. Very disappointed never again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The wait was unbelievably long, and many people around us were visibly frustrated and complaining. To make things worse, the owners were nowhere to be found, and one of the managers outright lied to us, claiming this never happens. A quick look at the Google reviews proves it's a common issue. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on such poor management and customer service.

Honestly, I’ve always heard great things about Terra Rustica. Went this weekend for my brother in laws bday (party of 9, had a reservation). It started off with some jenky folding table that didn’t properly fit all of us. We were able to over look. Then it took over 1.5 hours to get a drink. Just a drink. I understand the place was packed but that’s unacceptable. Food took another 1.5 hours. Food was decent but most plates were cold and sitting in the kitchen for a while. Every table in the restaurant was complaining of the horrible service. I would not recommend and I will not be back.

Wanna be miserable? Then this is the place to come! Continuously served flat soda after telling them over and over the soda was flat. No menus were given. Drink order wasn’t taken until after appetizers came. Good was cold. For the prices they charge, it was a disgrace. All the tables were complaining. It was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and this was a birthday dinner. The manager didn’t come over and apologize or comp anything. His excuse was “we haven’t been busy in months.” What does that have to do with the customers!? If you can’t handle the amount of people in your restaurant, don’t allow that many to come in. I will never go back there.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Family style option for pastas and appetizers very convenient with large crowd. Eating outside with enclosed deck very comfortable.
