Fantastic all around, I ordered from the sushi menu and each nigiri selection was buttery smooth and the rice it was paired with was delicate and had the proper consistency. Recommend +++

Excellent sushi restaurant. My favorites are the Dormant Volcano for an appetizer, and then their Yama Roll which is a spicy yellow tail, crunch, avocado wrapped with tuna, and also an Ossining Roll.

Gotten taken out from here before, it was okay. Decided to come in to sit and eat, walked up to feet pressed up against the window. Pretty sure one of the employees taking a nap. No thanks, turned right around.

Ok for a quick sushi fix in Briarcliff, but nothing great. The last time we ordered delivery they forgot one of our appetizers and tried to make me settle for a store credit on the next order, and that was after 3 attempts to call them with no one picking up the phone. Customer service has been lacking every time we eat in-person, so we normally just do takeout.

As Much As I Would Love To Go Here On My Lunch Break At 11:30am I Always Find The Store Locked. They Have A Sign With The Time They Open But They Never Open The Doors On Time. Last Time I Went 11:10am And Doors Were Locked And No One Around. They Should Remove The Sign Showing What Time They Open If They Are Not Going To Open At That Time!

The food itself is OKAY at best but the staff are rude and do not care at all. I only order here because I work in the area so it’s the only thing around. I will not be returning. Save yourself the headaches.I just arrived at the store before 2:45pm. The lunch specials are available until 3PM. The doors were locked early. The staff were laying down taking their break, napping, and they just looked at me through the window like I was disturbing them. I then called thrice to try and order over the phone instead but there was no answer.

Items were missing and I had to pick up, defeating the purpose of delivery. However, the bigger issue was the chicken fried rice, which had raw chicken. When I brought this up to the restaurant, instead of apologizing, they just said “everybody loves our chicken”. Are you kidding me?! Awful experience and never again!
