This is the second time, but they always run late with your pizza/ order, so I had to call and get it canceled and request a refund. They give you such a hassle to refund you that you have to go in person or they will keep your money and never deliver the food.

ordered a pizza on the app, was delivered completely wrong. then called for the right pizza and the new one still came messed up with the wrong sauce and a missing topping. on top of that the pizza wasn’t even cut properly and i had to cut it with my own knife.

There is no consistency of their quality. I used to order from this store at least once or twice in a week since I live nearby. Most of the time they make really bad pizza.today I ordered an extra cheese pizza, but it arrived half-cooked and with barely any cheese. It was very dry.

The reason why I am giving this particular Dominos 1 star is because I placed the order with the representative over the phone. Who was very nice and kind. She had great customer service skills but on another note, the delivery driver did not file the delivery instructions. The note specifically said that he needed to load the pizza to my door when he called and I asked him can you please bring it upstairs he told me no come downstairs that’s rude. So I probably wouldn’t wanna hear again
I usually like dominos but this location sucked. They are really cheap with the toppings. Ordered pizza and they put one pepperoni per slice of pizza. Even though this is the closest to my house, I drive further to get great food from another dominos. I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, and received 4 pieces of chicken in the container not even baked properly.

we spent 50 dollars which is not worthy. All the Bengali people working over there they give everything less quantity. we ordered chicken alfredo we found only 3-4 small pieces of chicken. pizza is not good at all. I Didn't liked their food quality please don’t waste your money on this Dominos.

Their service is horrible. My order was never delivered and the marked it on the tracker a completed. I called them, but they were very rude and disrespectful. They told me multiple times that we’re not gonna redeliver, and I never received a refund. This business as well as the employees are very janky, that it got to the point to where they hang the phone up on me. Very horrible experience.
