Great gourmet food.. I always stop here when I’m working in the area

Bacon,egg and cheese on a supermarket roll. Bagel with cream cheese with bagels from supermarket not from real bagel stores. That’s not gourmet food. Even the truck stops got better breakfast.

Everyone here works their butts off all year long and I can’t imagine it’s easy. I’m leaving this review though specifically for Hector, Errol and the entire seafood department who are always warm, kind and helpful. The volume of customers they deal with is immense and they manage to keep a positive attitude…well done.

I definitely do not recommend the pizza, nor the panini.

the arrogance and temerity of this so called emporium to charge scandalous prices for fairly good but not spectacular food is a crime and a stain on the ethics and morality of the owners. 11.99 a pound for greek salad? most salads over 9 dollars a pound. go f yourself. when the revolution comes, the owners of citarella will swing from the lamppost.

I had a very bad fall on the ramp as I left the store one morning, it was lightly raining and I went flying forward. Lots of blood and bandages and I had my leg on ice with severe pain, lots of bandages and canceled plans over Labor Day. They took my number and promised to check in on me. About 3 days later I was pretty upset that no one bothered to check on me or send me anything (I couldn’t drive) so I called. I told them how upset I was and all they said was I will call you back and confirmed my number! Well NO ONE ever had the decency to call and check on me! What kind of customer care is this. They certainly have lost my business! Never again!!! And be careful of their slippery ramp!

Wonderful cuisine and the makings for such at the Hamptons premium.If you are wealthy then you will probably love this store.If not you may catch yourself figuring out how long you have to work in order to cover a purchase.There was once an I.G.A. on this property. They had an amazing kitchen and they were reasonable.Progress Marches mercilessly on.

Love this place & would like to give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately I cannot because of their staff. I come of Middle Eastern decent and they always speak to me in spanish. Even when I reply to them in English they continue to speak Spanish to me. Staff members should not assume someone’s first language based on appearance. Besides staff, this place is great.

The best, high quality products for the kitchen, the food prepared is tasty and not to mention the attention and service.

There are only two bits of information that are important if you decide to sell ‘ready meals’. What it is and how to cook it. Why then presume customers have both ‘ultra high definition’ sight and also the ability to interpolate. You could do much better than this!
