The staff here are incredibly polite and welcoming, especially the young team members who go above and beyond to provide great service. As someone who truly values high-quality customer service, I can confidently say this location has its priorities in the right place. Highly recommend!

The drinks never taste the same twice. This was the only location for a while that did until recently. I had to throw out a full venti drink the other day because it was absolutely horrible. There is no consistency in how everyone is making the drinks. Starbucks ruined their matcha and now it’s like everyone also throws in heaping scoops in the cup. Not everyone wants that. I rarely come as it is because of everything Starbucks has said and did as a company so I don’t like to support them. Now I won’t even be coming in once in a while for a matcha latte.

This location is just questionable since the reopen. There's only one employee that moves with urgency, and the others just remind me of a Koala, non of them have a single clue of the term 'Customer Service '. From receiving the incorrect pastry item to having to pay for a straw for my Frappuccino when they were OUT of straw just speaks volumes. Driving 18-20 mins has become a big disappointment. Hopefully, they will improve once the summer volume hits them. Maybe pay more attention to the cleanliness of the Cafe, one day, I counted 8 staff members, and it was not clean at all.

After the repairs, it had a perfect atmosphere inside. The working personnel must be replaced urgently. Lazy staff, and I'm sure that the word cleanliness doesn't have an equivalent in these staff. Customer relations, this sentence is meaningless to them.

Starbucks are Starbucks around the world. Finding a Starbucks with unique character is an adventure beyond the usual drink, food and nonsensicals filling Starbuck store shelves these day. The Starbucks in Bridgehampton is a level up to itself. This Starbucks was a Bank so when you walk in to the roomy gorgeous space, warmly decorated in neutral woodsy tones, you see there on the back wall behind the Baristas, you see the Bank's vault, door lock wheel and all. I love it. The outside front exterior has the old fashioned drop box intact, you know, back in the days when people trusted people enough to drop off the days receipts.
The Starbucks sits on a corner with easy entry driveways from two sides. There are two bathrooms that dont care whose butt goes on them as long as the gender leaves the room neat for others who will enter after.
The staff are congenial, meaning cool, chill, smiling. Definitely the Starbucks to go to when out this way. There is another Starbucks in East Hampton I went to today where I got more than I expected- naked old man buns when they fell as he lumbered along coffee in hand.
No, I did not ask for buns with my brew in East Hampton. Nor did I expect to see wild turkey Thanksgiving weekend.... saw deer too.

Kids were too busy saying hi to their friends and got distracted making our drinks. Drinks were not made well. I wish I stopped at a different location instead of this one.
Love Starbucks but being in Bridgehampton, the expectation is cleanliness and exceptional customer service. The entire place was dirty. Food all over the floors, dirty tables- hasn’t been swept or mopped. The bathrooms were even worse. The part that caused me to write this the most is that when I requested an ingredients list for my daughter with severe allergies, I was told they didn’t have any but I could look online. Seems like something that should be on hand for the health and safety of their customers.
