went for our regular burger and they are smaller and they didn't cook it right. and when I brought it back the lady tried to tell me it was pick when it was well done just like the other person at my table got it. why even argue with me. made me not want to come back. I shouldn't have to stand at the counter and argue about what's pink and what isn't. I've been eating burgers my whole life! I'm guessing since they building a hotel they are slacking on the other stuff. go figure
Always a long wait to get food . I had to have a napkin with a marker number on it for my pickup.....I can't say great service....the pot roast is good
Great burgers
Had taken my mother to lunch and was a perfect choice. I had the Black and Blue Burger with French Fries. The Burger was juicy and cooked a perfect medium rare, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft and toasted. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside, and inside was warm and fluffy. Plus, everything was seasoned perfectly. If you're in the area whether you're going to the Casino or not, stop in and grab a delicious meal from this establishment. Very reasonably priced and the food is fantastic. 2 thumbs up.
This is the only option for food at point place unless you want a hot dog. The food is mediocre-fitting for the prices as the price of the food is not high. Takes a long time to get your food as well.

My family and I stopped in for burgers after an event in Syracuse. I got the black and blu burger with sweet potato waffle fries.
It didn’t matter too much but I didn’t get dining points with my credit card here. Maybe because it was in the casino?
Wow, the burgers here are a must ! cook the way I like, and the loaded fries out of this world absolutely the best I have ever tasted its to bad I don't live up here .very pleased five stars all the way.
