Drove all the way here and was told they are closing at 5. No mention on here only that they are open until 11. Bad business. Will not return.

One of our meals the ParmeChicken Mileanase came out & the chicken was burned. I politely notified Mary Anne the floor manager of the issue. She immediately came to our table, checked the chicken & agreed it was not to her satisfaction either. She also apologized for this situation. She asked if we wanted a fresh meal which we agreed to. She went back to the kitchen & ordered a fresh plate. Our server Nicole was indisposed in the little servers room. After she was free, she came to our table & apologized. The fresh plate came out & it was cooked like what we expected the first.I would like to Thank Mary-Anne & Nicole for doing everything within their power to fix this situation to our satisfaction.

Right when you walk in you greeted with a very friendly cozy atmosphere. Options for sitting at the bar, having larger group parties or just with family or friends. All three of those vibes in one.Chef Nick created some great tasting food and menu options. The menu offered a diverse option for food from seafood to meat. For appetizers my go too was the clams, they were fresh and hit exactly the spot! It took the perfect amount of time for our food to reach the table and the hosts and waiters/waitresses were polite, enthusiastic and very friendly recommending different dishes.I really enjoyed how they offer karaoke night along with other community activities, not only serving food, but bringing the area together. As someone coming to Long Island for the first time I had a fabulous experience and cannot wait to go back soon!6 Stars if I could!

Had dinner with a co-worker & a client there last night. At a high top table in the bar. Ray, our bartender/server, was attentive without being the slightest bit obtrusive. My cocktail, the Smoke Show, was definitely delicious as well as a show stopper! We ordered two (2) Wagyu steak burgers & the "stuffed" flank steak...all tasty. Finished the meal with the brownie skillet & a couple of dessert drinks. Will be our new meeting place! Even though we didn't order this...the mac & cheese is served in a wheelbarrow! Loved that as we work in construction.

Amazing food! Creativity & taste level is unpredictable, especially the double cut bone-in pork chop & crispy calamari frito Misti. My son loves the lava cake ice cream.

The team at the JTI did an incredible job hosting our party in their upstairs catering room. Nick took amazing care of us, putting together a special menu that my entire family raved about how good it was. Plus, the bartender made such good cocktails all day. When we showed up for the party, the room was already perfectly setup and looked beautiful and very clean. I cannot say enough nice things about the service and execution of hosting our party. The waitstaff was so friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable.Overall, I highly recommend having your next event at the JTI American Kitchen and Bar!

Last night, a rainy Saturday, two buddies and I went to JTI's for the first time in about 15 years to do some catching up. Without getting into too much detail, everything was disappointing. The service was on the slow side, the soup was cold, the antipasto was bland (served with cold, stale "toasted" bread), the burgers/steak were all overcooked (ordered rare, received well-done), one entree was wrong, the "sides" of coleslaw were about half a shot glass. Again, just disappointing. I'd like to say two stars, but I'm giving it three in the hopes it was an "off" night for them.
