Tried to tell us they couldn’t blend the coco Carmel crunch pieces into the drink. Do they not know the new fall menu drink has it blended in..? I work at a Dunkin.

overcharged for drinks. told no manager on duty so they couldn't refund my money. accidents happen but why is there no manager or shift leader on to rectify the mistake?

DID NOT FILL MY DRINK… For $4.20 you’d at least expect it to be full I did ask for light ice I did not expect the cup to be almost half empty. I then went to Johnstown Dunkin Donuts’ the girls gave me a brand new one free of charge. I will not be going back to the vails mills location, and I’d hope you wouldn’t either! 🙌

I’ve been going to this Dunkin lately and compared to the Johnstown and Gloversville one. This place sucks I rather drive out of my way to go to a different Dunkin than this one. They are very slow, rude and they can never get our order right. The food taste horrible, my coffee taste watered down. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and went back again. Well we were very disappointed again. We have to wait 15 mins at the window even though we are the only ones there. And they still messed everything up. Who ever owns this dunkin need to make it better and do there job and follow process and not let kids run the place.

This Dunkin has the best coffee and food around. I do my best to go to this one even if it's out of the way. I also have always experienced great customer service here.

I sat in the drive-through with no one in front or behind me. I was told they would be just a minute. I waited 5 min and said “hello?” I waited two more minutes and then drove up to the window. An employee opened the window and I apologized for not waiting longer but thought I was forgotten about. I proceeded to order my ice tea and was told to drive back around the building and order as they don’t take orders at the window. I was the only one in the drive through line. The employee shrugged and refused to take my order. I refused to drive back around the building to place my order.

I waited in line to get a cup of coffee for 20 minutes. There was 1 person in the drive through and 2 workers. They looked at me once. I was on crutches the whole time. Three people behind me left. When they finally helped me, they made no mention of having a person on crutches wait, no apology or anything. If anything, they were short WITH ME. Never coming back to this one and it’s on my way to work everyday. They just lost my business. I can just the Stewart’s down the road

My mom went through the drive through last week and ordered a coffee. She normally pays with her debit card but had cash and decided to just give the rest as a tip. The staff working that day had the audacity to complain that they had to split a dollar tip right in front of my mom. It made her feel less than. Coming from someone that used to survive off tips, they are not mandatory! Tipping is for good service, and to have the audacity to complain is crazy and highly unprofessional! Never again.

The last 5-6 months the quality of what you get for the price has gone downhill, a lot. A favorite of ours is avocado toast with bacon, which is almost $6 (bacon is an extra dollar). Most of the time the toast is not toasted & about half the time they forget the bacon. When they don't forget the bacon, it's raw & we pay a dollar for 4 or 5 ripped pieces of bacon. Today we got 2 of these toasts, not toasted, not covered in avocado, with 3 pieces of raw bacon. It is getting ridiculous.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been in....after several visits to this place. My experience today in the drive through: asked for egg/cheese wakeup wrap. Got bacon in it so Iparked & went into store. Although there were only two cars in drive through, there was a party of 5 in store. Tried to find staff who would talk to me. I was ignored because they claim they were so busy and I had come in after the other party. Even though as I had been served I was clearly first. Nevertheless, they made me wait while my coffee was getting cold in the car. Then when I asked for my refund as a plain wrap is cheaper than one with bacon, line. they insisted they were busy & I would have to wait AGAIN I left and called asking for tel # for Management. Put me on hold for 5 min and then said they couldn't give it out, but to go on-line. SO MANAGEMENT, HERE I AM ON LINE. Also, ought to train Managers not to continually argue with customers and insist that they are right and customer is wrong, Avoid this place and go to Amsterdam where they, at least, get the orders right.

Not going to lie. This dunkin was on top of their game. The cashier was really friendly and we had a big group of 15 dudes and she didn’t get flustered. The chefs in the back cooked the food quick and snappy. Thank you so much. We will not forget you, keep it up!
