For Broadalbin...waited too long to get service inside..witnessed argument between VERY snotty employee who lied about laughing at the customer. I was in there so long I witnessed the end of the argument with only proves the customer right. Instead of diffusing a situation all the employees were involved in escalating it. I was waiting for service while they were all in the conversation. Will never go back there

I ordered a hot latte and was given an iced latte. After I politely noted the mistake the lady who served me got visibly upset and stormed out of the store. Another worker started complaining about the lady who stormed out, then I sat down and waited for the correction while five other customers recieved their drinks. Finally another worker asked me what the problem was and corrected it while the others continued to complain about the worker who stormed out. After receiving my order half empty, I tasted something that definitely wasn't what I ordered and tossed it in the trash.

Simple order of untoasted bagel, wake up wrap, avocado toast and ice coffee. Waited 10 minutes at the window after paying to get untoasted avocado toast and no straw to drink. This place needs some serious help.

I'm in town for the weekend, so I wanted to stop in for some coffee. Staff was friendly, not a long line. I gave four stars on the food because my medium caramel macchiato was maybe filled to only 3/4 of the medium cup.

I go to this dunkin every Morning, get the same drinks everyday, give a tip almost every time I pick up my stuff.. most of the staff know who I am and are great.. My daughter went there to get us coffee she did her mobile app order then did a second order separate not thru the Mobil app. Gets to the window they gave her the mobile order then she asked to add on a frozen drink really quick because she forgot to order her little brothers,The girl at the window and her manger told her No she would have to go back in line, meanwhile she already at window still waiting on other order.. each time the girl opened the window she handed her 3 straws..so this now makes like 9 straws.. then she get home and notices the drinks aren’t even her order..again mistakes are made people are human… But I have had to call numerous of times cause my food or coffee was wrong. Now there being rude and disrespectful to my daughter nah that don’t fly..I spend ALOT of money in BP I hope things change…

Placed an order of drinks and food. Got to the window and paid received the drinks and after several minutes of not receiving the rest I called to see what was up. The girl seriously very rudely asked why I was calling. When I explained that I was wondering where the rest of the order was because it had been several minutes she got bent out of shape and said it was being worked on and went back to shaking her head at the other staff and continuing to have whatever disagreement she was having with them before finally giving me the rest of my order.

I believe in tipping, and tipping generously. Today at the drive thru it said “It’s Brenda’s birthday, don’t forget to tip!!” I found that very rude. I tip generously at the hair salon, nail salon, or at sit down restaurants. If my order is large I’ll tip a few dollars at Dunkin, but to feel forced to tip on a $3.50 hot coffee? To even create a sign like that is so unprofessional. My hairdresser doesn’t have a sign that says “don’t forget to tip me!!” Why would Dunkin have that? I won’t be going back to this Dunkin. Multiple times I’ve been treated poorly at the drive thru window. One time they got my order wrong and gave me attitude over it, even though I was very nice and respectful. I’m not expecting 10/10 service at Dunkin, it’s a fast food place as far as I’m concerned. But some of these new girls are beyond rude. I’d rather pay extra $$ at Starbucks where they are respectful to their customers. But again to have a sign that says that is rude, it’s just the principle. If they want tips like that go waitress at a real restaurant where you’re putting work in, not mixing up a coffee in 2 seconds or microwaving an egg wrap. If she had a sticker on her shirt that said “it’s my birthday!!” I would have thrown her $5 because that’s just how I am. But to make a sign at the beginning of the drive thru that says “Don’t forget to tip!!” Is beyond me. This is the final straw for me. Won’t be returning.
