Our group was denied access at the door because we were responsible and arrived in a bus. There were hundreds of cars in the parking lot and a long line. Makes no sense to deny 10 people in a bus but accept 10 people in 5 cars. Not the Fingerlakes way, sorry to say. *** The response below is counter productive. Many people come to the Fingerlakes to taste wine and beers. Responsibly, they have a driver to enjoy in all the fruits!! No one researches all the establishments and rules of busses before "touring". Again, as a business denying customers whether they come in 10 cars or in 1 bus makes no sense and frankly shows your loyalty and respect to any paying customer.

This place sucks. Absolutely awful. Everything about it. The manager was on his high horse and very unprofessional. This establishment is Understaffed. The line was out the door and thru the parking lot but we aren’t sure why… very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not my cup of tea.

This place wouldn't accommodate our party of 12 because we chose to ride a bus instead of driving in our own cars to our destinations around the lake. We were told our party was too big and we'd have to leave. However, they immediately let in 8 cars behind us that had 2 passengers (at least) per car. There was no logic in this.

The beers are unique, with fun blends available. The food is accessible, high-quality and handmade. Most impressive however is the spectacular Seneca view and the huge dog-friendly deck. I’ll stop here every time.
