Lunch Thyme At FO' CASTLE FARMS

Such a lovely place for lunch! This is my favorite lunch place that has been located inside of FoCastle. It's so charming and such a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service...the servers have been so sweet and kind - always friendly and accomodating. The food is delicious! We are so fortunate to have this little gem in Burnt Hills, NY.

Eddy and I enjoyed another satisfying lunch, at Lunch Thyme in Burnt Hills, today. Their soups are the best! Today we both had the New England clam chowder. We almost always order the BLT with turkey. Kate and Lauren are delightful and friendly owners.

Food was pricey and small amount...what was supposed to be a sub was actually a torpedo roll...with very small meatballs..very disappointed...good service..nice atmosphere..we won't go again ?

I had an incredible experience here. The room where you're seated is comfortable and offers enough space for everyone to feel like they're in their own bubble. The menu is simple, but that is to their credit. The attention to detail found in their food offerings make it where you don't need a lot of options to find something satisfying, EVERYTHING is delicious.I had the tomato soup to start, which was FANTASTIC. The roasted peppers added to the soup were a great touch and really brought it all together. I also had the mozzarella sandwich, which was absolutely incredible. The bread was so soft and fresh, and the sandwich was like a curated piece of art.This was my first time here, but most certainly won't be my last. The service, the quality of the ingredients, the portions, and the price are all reasons why I'm giving them a 5/5, and I'm looking forward to the next time I come back.

Unbelievably wonderful lunch spot! Chicken soup has tons of vegetables. BLT on thick,beautifully toasted bread. Macaroni salad...Get It! My friend's roast beef sandwich was lean and a ton of roast beef! You won't regret coming here.
