Such a lovely place for lunch! This is my favorite lunch place that has been located inside of FoCastle. It's so charming and such a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service...the servers have been so sweet and kind - always friendly and accomodating. The food is delicious! We are so fortunate to have this little gem in Burnt Hills, NY.

Eddy and I enjoyed another satisfying lunch, at Lunch Thyme in Burnt Hills, today. Their soups are the best! Today we both had the New England clam chowder. We almost always order the BLT with turkey. Kate and Lauren are delightful and friendly owners.

I had an incredible experience here. The room where you're seated is comfortable and offers enough space for everyone to feel like they're in their own bubble. The menu is simple, but that is to their credit.
