We came down today for lunch. This was the perfect spot to have a delicious meal and good conversation! I got the Turkey BLT and there was a delectable pesto mayo on it that I loved. We will definitely be back soon!

We stopped at Cozy Cup yesterday and felt like trying "something different" from the menu. As always both our choices were yummy! The "Kid from Coney Island" is a potato knish, split and topped with bacon, 2 eggs (any style), and cheese. I never would have thought of pairing a knish together with bacon, eggs, and cheese. When you think about it, though it makes perfect sense, rather a riff on "cheese omelet with bacon and potatoes" - and it was excellent!Hubby had a "Cairo Cowboy" sandwich - fried chicken with bacon, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and (tomato-based) barbecue sauce, on a real NYC-style hard roll - he's still raving about it.

Th place is small and the slowest service around. My wife and I stopped in only a few people we order 1 sandwich and soups. Took them 45 mins until we said why are you serving everyone except us ? Gave us 20 excuses and fi all the sandwich came that was so terrible. Was not happy at all

Excellent sandwiches, friendly all around. The French Dip is particularly tasty! Highly recommended.

Everyone is so lovely here and super friendly. They have gluten free Schar bread, Boar's Head cold cuts, and I was very excited. The toaster is a shared toaster if they ask if you want to toast it but they were happy to hear it up in the microwave for me.

Always great to go inside and be greeted with a smile. My favorite for breakfast is their bagel with lox breakfast sandwich, and for lunch I like to eat a Turkey sandwich with apples.

Cairo is a quaint little town on its way back from lock downs and byway roads to servicing those who seek the local neighborhood atmosphere of a Main Street USA. And Cozy Cup is exactly the deli/cafe anyone looking for a casual comfortable relaxing experience must visit. Tasty appetizing homemade soups and salads but also with delectable NYC styled sandwiches! The long-time owner brings his experience of entertaining the crowds in Manhattan along with a passion for the past history of the town - creating a local friendly family atmosphere serving the community and its visitors. Nice place - friendly patrons - dedicated committed and personable owner - with a vast variety selection of food - pleasure to the senses and palate! A definite stop by for any traveler seeking a quiet but delicious breakfast or lunch.

If you are an egg salad aficionado like myself you'll order a bucket to go to get you through your day. Overall the food is great and the crew is friendly and that is what you want in a place like Cozy Cup.
