I would like to share my first impressions with everyone about Delightful Bites by Nina. First, I called with a question or two and was informed Nina had stepped out for a moment and would return my call as soon as she returned. Low and behold she did in fact call me back with answers to all my questions and seemed like a very nice person both on the phone and in person. Now to the really important stuff. I had ordered an Apple Crumb for next day pick up and boy, oh boy, was I NOT disappointed. Generally, I'm not a pie guy, but I was just in the mood for something like the Apple Crumb and I have to say (and this is from a generally Not a pie lover) it was the best slice of pie I have ever consumed. Nina definitely understood the assignment when she whipped up this delicious dessert treat. Every aspect of the pie was on point and just freakin delicious . The crust was flaky and moist at the same time with the rest of the ingredients in a perfect balance of not too sweet....not too bland. As much as I would love to pop in daily for a fabulous treat.....my waistline could not support that. However, moving forward, I have found my next favorite Bakery when my willpower wanes and I must have something delicious.

Such a joyous place to visit - and an amazing representation of all that is good and wonderful about the Catskills and the potential of Cairo. The baked goods are prepared carefully, thoughtfully and lovingly and each bite brings delight! I can’t recommend this establishment - and the incredible staff - highly enough! Brava!!!
Nina was SO kind, gracious and helpful, and so prompt with replies, even though I had a million questions and some changes and was probably a problem customer. Then the cupcakes were the best ones I have ever had. Everyone at our event commented on how the frosting was fantastically flavorful without being as painfully sweet as we have learned to worry cupcakes might be. I am SO GLAD we ordered from her and absolutely plan to use her for every event.

Nina is amazing!! She made our wedding cakes and our guests can’t stop raving about them! She was so lovely, made our tasting such a fun experience, and even helped me surprise my husband with a figurine of our dog in the cake! I can’t wait to go back to her bakery for treats and definitely recommend booking with her for an event!

Literally in the top 3 bakeries I've ever been to in my life. I couldn't even begin to say which are my favorite items, but if I absolutely had to, I'd say the cinnamon buns, all the cookies, the brownies, the cheesecakes, the hand pies, the huge pop tarts and the fruit crumbles. Oh also some of the best bagels in Greene Co., but you have to get there early for those. Seriously the best in the area!

As a wedding caterer, I've eaten a LOT of wedding cake. I was lucky enough to attend a wedding expo yesterday and was given a sample of a chocolate cake by Nina! Not only was it beautiful, it was seriously the best chocolate wedding cake I've ever had. I can't wait to have a reason to order all my future cakes from her!
I picked up some delicious treats when Delightful Bites had a pop up at Olana State Historic Site at our new visitor center. Maybe one of the best scones I’ve ever had? The ginger oatmeal cookie was also a hit that I brought home. Definitely make a stop and I can’t wait to have these treats again!

This is the best bakery in the area. We travel over an hour to go see Nina. Not only are Nina’s bakery items DELICIOUS… she always has an amazing selection of ready to go items but she does the most beautiful custom orders. She takes the time to get to know what you want and goes above n beyond EVERY TIME to blow you away.
Great little bake shop! Try everything! Definitely loved the pumpkin cheesecake and the coffee cake!!!

We had our cake tasting with Nina to determine which cake flavor we wanted for our wedding. Nina was so professional and welcoming, and was very cautious with peanut and tree nut allergies. All of the flavors of cake that we tried (lemon, marble, orange and red velvet) were absolutely amazing! The frosting was delicious!! Nina also provided us with pictures of wedding cakes she did in the past so we could get some ideas for what we want at our own wedding. We are so happy that Nina will be baking our wedding cake!
We also bought some cookies (sugar, apple and snickerdoodle) to try. They were so soft and flavorful!! We would recommended Delightful Bites by Nina to anyone looking for a wedding cake or a sweet treat!!
