Delightful Bites by Nina provided the desserts for our September 2023 wedding. They created an amazing dessert spread for our guests to enjoy including cookies, cupcakes, brownies and a wedding cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! We were able to go have a tasting experience at their shop and my husband and I could not stop eating the cakes they were out of this world. We highly recommend visiting Delightful Bites by Nina and using them for different special events!
I have a thing for sour cherries I asked Nina if she could make me some of her fruit bars out of it and she was able to accommodate me and they were the best !!! All her stuff is homemade and great!!

We stopped by Delightful Bites since we happened to be looking for sweets in the area while on vacation and the reviews were good. Still, we were amazed. Every single thing we tried was so delicious, we stopped in two more times during our week up there. There's even gluten sensitive options (GF brownies and coconut macaroons) that were so good, my kids were stealing bites! The staff were so kind and helpful too, we will definitely come back next summer when we're in the area. Highly recommend stopping in!

I have been coming to this bakery once a year since this bakery opened. I've never had anything I haven't liked. This year with the addition of the Samoa cake I'm more in heaven then I was in years past. I make it a point to come here for that one week in August.I recommend this store to everyone who goes to glenbrook farms (just a few miles down the road).My favorite treats by Nina are the brownies- regular, the snickers brownie, raspberry chocolate cupcake and now the Samoa shortbread cake.All I can say is WOW. And if it was possible to have more stars I would give it!!!

Amazing custom cake for my mother-in-law's birthday! They did a really great job on it and it was a hit!I also grabbed a few small treats while picking up the cake and they were all delicious and their dining room was small but cute and inviting. Their bagel was super good! So glad there's a great little spot in down for baked goods and I'm remise that I didn't check this place out earlier!

I highly recommend Delightful Bites by Nina! I ordered a chocolate birthday cake - and it was the best chocolate cake I've ever had, all my guests agreed too!! I sent Nina a couple photos of the design I wanted, and she executed it perfectly; it looked even better than I anticipated. On the day of, we were running late to pick up the cake and she stayed past closing to allow us to pick it up. Nina is very talented & kind, and I would recommend her cakes to anyone in the area!

Ordered a cake for my dads family birthday celebration. The cake was just as we discussed in the phone with the order, and was delicious! Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we picked up some fruit bars too which were all delicious. Excellent service and baked goods!

Nina makes her baked goods from scratch and in house!! Everything she creates is delicious. A must visit for locals (often if not daily), as well as those passing through the area. Cairo NY is fortunate to have her shop here. ??? Staff are always helpful, polite and very sweet.
