Really not a fan of this particular location. They seem to be out of a lot of stuff. I put in a mobile order and it took 20 minutes to get my items. It turns out, they were out of ingredients for 3 of the 4 drinks, 2 of the 3 sandwiches, and the muffin was missing the sugar topping
Had to get refunded since the items they were out of were up charges
It was just overall slow and disappointing. I don't think it was entirely the staff's fault though, it mostly just seemed like training wasn't up to par with what it should've been. I felt bad for some of the staff honestly

Two days after Thanksgiving In the drive thru on a sunny snowy day Waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes, several cars ahead. Turns out they ran out of hot lids and couldn’t legally sell hot coffee! I felt bad for the drive through girl, but seriously, how does this even happen at Dunkin?!!

There is a male LGBTQ person that works there with a gay flag on his hat so we can make sure we are on the same page about the person. 11/22 11:11am. I got my coffee and my 1st sip was a mouthful of coffee grounds. I went back immediately to get a new cup. I walked in and explained the issue nicely as it isn’t a big deal to make a new cup. His response was I didn’t give it to you that way insinuating I dumped coffee grounds in my coffee I just ordered. He also said there’s no way he gave it to me that way. He was nasty and rude and I was completely offended as a fellow member of the LGBTQ community that someone would be so disrespectful. Not only that but he kept talking about it as if I did something wrong. If he’s bitter about his job he shouldn’t work there. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I will never return to this Dunkin or any due to this. At least Starbucks is LGBTQ friendly and nice to their patrons in general.

Today there was two new employees and people seem to forget that everyone starts somewhere and needs to learn the job. People are so rude to these poor people trying. Being rude and yelling to employees will not make your food go faster!!! Leave and go home if you have so much hate and anger for others. Unbelievable, thank you to the employees doing their best 🙂.

One star because I couldn't post if I didn't put a star.....Drive thru was very busy so went inside to order...two coffees with french vanilla. Lady in front had large order so it took some time to place our order. The woman behind us ordered and another person ordered. The two people behind us got their order first and when we spoke up the manager said that we take them as they print out. We then waited another 5 min and finally got our coffee. Worst customer service ever and like someone else said in a post...if you are looking for the worst DD... this is the one

I wish I could give no stars. I waited inside for almost 50 minutes for a mobile order. None of the staff communicated with each other. One of them just slapped labels on cups but didn’t make any drinks. She was obviously more worried about the drip in the ceiling. One of the workers got off the drive through line to help make one of my drinks but they were so drowned I didn’t get the rest of my order until I asked again. Which the drinks were sitting by the drive through window melting.
What is wrong qith this location!? They constantly run out of food, they don't listen to orders and they never have enough people working. I just went this morning to the drive thru and was greeted with a random person yelling out the side door "it closed it closed". How about a large sign or maybe even coherent sentenced? I hate this dunkins

There was nobody Manning the front cash register inside the store. There was a line wrapped completely around and customers completely full inside the store. After about four people walked out in front of me and I was in front of the line for 10 minutes. I left as well.

If you are looking for the world’s worst DD congrats, you found the place. This location, no matter how early or late you come is always out of pretty much everything. In addition to this it takes 40 min to get 2 bagels and 2 egg sandwiches. Order placed on the app 11:49am order received 12:28 pm.

Horrible horrible these workers are so rude. Unprofessional especially the guy with a bunch of hickeys on his neck. Had an attitude when one of our drinks weren’t correct. Then one of our food items were missing and we were waiting for them to come back to the window which they didn’t so we had to knock on it twice. Just rude and have an attitude, deff shouldn’t be working at a place like this

Went through the drive thru.. lady on the microphone was rude as rude can be..I got a coffee and a donut. My lady friends donut was almost raw..If we hadn't of pulled away already, I would have gone inside .. Won't be going back any time soon .. very
