Went here to grab a quick meal because the small hotel we stayed at had a less than mediocre continental breakfast.
We went through the drive-thru, and the person at the window (I didn't catch her name) saw our dogs while we were waiting and automatically gave us two pup cups for each dog!! (This was their first so it was a big deal!) We pulled in to park and made videos and everything!
We had a bacon and cheese on a croissant (whatever the sandwich is but minus the egg) and some other kind of egg sandwich, I'm sorry I can't remember...but our meal was correct, hot, and delicious! As were the pup cups!

This Dunkin’ is honestly a joke. I ask for a toasted bagel and every single time they hand me something soft and untoasted like, is that really so hard to get right? Some of the workers here have the worst attitudes, acting like doing their actual job is such an inconvenience. And don’t even get me started on the drinks, half the time they’re wrong, and they’ll throw in random stuff I never even asked for. If you want your order made correctly or to be treated with basic respect, avoid this place.

Went inside to get something quick...Stood at register patiently 10 minutes. The staff just focused on the drive-up service. The person getting donuts pretended I was invisible. Only passed in front if me 3 times!! He/she finally came to the counter. I said I waited patiently for 10 minutes. No greeting..no apology..just DIDN'T CARE. I assume not raised properly. I don't care how busy it is..Be Nice & Respectful please.

2 days in a row I got breakfast here and both days my order was wrong, cold and missing items. When I tried to call to inquire about my order no one answered the phone. Called for an hour... no one ever answered.

You’re better off driving to another location. They are constantly out of stock on items and the staff is usually pretty rude. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes if going before noon.. today I had a gentleman shoving food and drinks at me while he also made very rude comments. This will be my last time at this location.

Stopped by to grab some teas and donuts at around 6:30ish the man who spoke to me was extremely rude when he informed me that they were out of tea and stopped doing all food 6 like why are you even open at that point

Really not a fan of this particular location. They seem to be out of a lot of stuff. I put in a mobile order and it took 20 minutes to get my items. It turns out, they were out of ingredients for 3 of the 4 drinks, 2 of the 3 sandwiches, and the muffin was missing the sugar topping
Had to get refunded since the items they were out of were up charges
It was just overall slow and disappointing. I don't think it was entirely the staff's fault though, it mostly just seemed like training wasn't up to par with what it should've been. I felt bad for some of the staff honestly

Two days after Thanksgiving In the drive thru on a sunny snowy day Waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes, several cars ahead. Turns out they ran out of hot lids and couldn’t legally sell hot coffee! I felt bad for the drive through girl, but seriously, how does this even happen at Dunkin?!!

There is a male LGBTQ person that works there with a gay flag on his hat so we can make sure we are on the same page about the person. 11/22 11:11am. I got my coffee and my 1st sip was a mouthful of coffee grounds. I went back immediately to get a new cup. I walked in and explained the issue nicely as it isn’t a big deal to make a new cup. His response was I didn’t give it to you that way insinuating I dumped coffee grounds in my coffee I just ordered. He also said there’s no way he gave it to me that way. He was nasty and rude and I was completely offended as a fellow member of the LGBTQ community that someone would be so disrespectful. Not only that but he kept talking about it as if I did something wrong. If he’s bitter about his job he shouldn’t work there. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I will never return to this Dunkin or any due to this. At least Starbucks is LGBTQ friendly and nice to their patrons in general.
Today there was two new employees and people seem to forget that everyone starts somewhere and needs to learn the job. People are so rude to these poor people trying. Being rude and yelling to employees will not make your food go faster!!! Leave and go home if you have so much hate and anger for others. Unbelievable, thank you to the employees doing their best 🙂.

One star because I couldn't post if I didn't put a star.....Drive thru was very busy so went inside to order...two coffees with french vanilla. Lady in front had large order so it took some time to place our order. The woman behind us ordered and another person ordered. The two people behind us got their order first and when we spoke up the manager said that we take them as they print out. We then waited another 5 min and finally got our coffee. Worst customer service ever and like someone else said in a post...if you are looking for the worst DD... this is the one
