Horrible horrible these workers are so rude. Unprofessional especially the guy with a bunch of hickeys on his neck. Had an attitude when one of our drinks weren’t correct. Then one of our food items were missing and we were waiting for them to come back to the window which they didn’t so we had to knock on it twice. Just rude and have an attitude, deff shouldn’t be working at a place like this

Went through the drive thru.. lady on the microphone was rude as rude can be..I got a coffee and a donut. My lady friends donut was almost raw..If we hadn't of pulled away already, I would have gone inside .. Won't be going back any time soon .. very

Didn't put the lid on our hot chocolate all of the way causing it to dump all over our car and burn my wife's hand. Then gave me an explanation about how the lid sometimes comes off when you take it off.

Went inside as the Drive-Thru was packed w/ vehicles. Waited 5 minutes at the counter while 2 girls were scurrying about w/ beverage and sandwich orders. I asked if someone was available for the register? Finally, a girl shows up to take my order. I ordered a dozen donuts to go. Upon returning home, the donuts I just purchased were STALE. They didn't even make it to the next day. My wife had to dunk her plain donut in coffee to make it edible. $13.49 for a dozen STALE DONUTS. Great Deal !!

Every time I go to this establishment, there’s always an issue with my order. I’ve tried calling them in the past, and no one ever answers the phone. Today I ordered a medium caramel iced latte and it Taste so burnt that it’s not even drinkable such a disappointment! Again, I tried calling them today and no one answers the phone. I will not be going back!!
