We stopped in the other day and had a great cold “Blonde” beer and some Hot Wings. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had a great time conversing with the owners as they are hands on . Also ran into an old school mate heading to the Ski Mtn.

My cousin and I stopped in with our dogs for a late dinner (9pm when most places nearby close then) and had two incredible wraps with fries, delicious house made sodas, and beer. The atmosphere was a relaxed vibe with good music and tons of space, which overlooked the brewing area - very cool. The gentleman behind the bar was super nice and immediately offered a bowl of water for our dogs, and Shannon who was also working was friendly, fun to chat with, and shared some much appreciated local recommendations. Really loved checking out this family biz and will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

This is 12/23: Well, what a difference a year makes. I had the fish and chips but with a side salad while my one companion had the fish and chips and the other a cheeseburger. The fish was perfect. Crispy and golden on the outside and moist on the inside. My friend's fries were delicious and the burger looked great. Thank you Aidan Cornelison! The salad could've had more veggies but that's being picky. See you when the weather warms up!This was 2022: Fish and Chips was unacceptable. So overfried I had to stab the filet with my knife to break it up to eat. I finally gave up and complained as the fries just tasted like grease as well. Complained at the cook window and was told I had to go to the bar to get it taken off my bill. Had to wait in the que with people ordering food, ordering drinks and waiting to pay as there's no division of duties. Was told she had to speak to a supervisor. Then the owner, carrying my dish, comes up to me asking what the problem is. I told him it was burnt, greasy, inedible and he said it wasn't! We argued back and forth till he took it off the bill. I won't go back. My 3 friends weren't happy either. My stomach churned all night and the following day from the little I did eat.

Great food bites to go along with some good local beer. Plenty of space for larger groups in a rustic setting.

Been here quite a few times now. The beers are great. Good variety and fresh tasting. The food is good especially the fried chicken sandwich and fries. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop.

Interesting raw interiors in an old local factory! Food has been pretty consistently delicious, especially the jalapeno/sauce burgers and great that the menu has expanded! The homemade ginger ale is good, but not being a beer-drinker, don't know about the beer! Ordering/paying at the bar, then picking up the meal at a nearby window is not a problem. Happy that the hours are pretty fair and consistent, especially on Sundays where we often like to go for lunch.

Love, love, loved this place! We were upstate for my birthday weekend and checked this place out our first night there. We had such an amazing time, we went back the next day and hung out. Shannon was awesome! She had us laughing the whole time. Can’t wait to go back there!

I didn't love the ambience of this place but I think I would have had a whole different experience if it wasn't raining and the outdoor spaces were open. The front porch was pretty cool. The ambience inside sort of felt like a worn down church hall or something.

One of the worst breweries that I have ever been to. The food was awful - it was just frozen food that was either warmed up in a microwave or put into a fryer. Nothing wrong with that if it's done well. The drinks were awful with the exception of the Brilliant Blonde. Whoever made that mango sour has never had a sour in their life because it was just sparkling mango juice with tons of sugar. The atmosphere was mediocre and we definitely got dirty looks when we walked in.

From the moment my mother and I sat down at the bar, we were greeted with dirty looks, reluctant and slow service, mediocre and overpriced food, and just overall unwelcoming vibes. The bar staff were all very cold and unfriendly, one of them refusing to even look at me while she took my order. Not a smile from anyone. Our food took almost and hour (fried wings and a sandwich and fries) even though the gigantic dining area was totally desolate, and it seemed like there weren't that many customers. (and the ones that were there were also complaining about the wait time) I later found out that it's because they only have a couple of cooks inside a tiny kitchen. If you're going to run a restaurant, you need to have enough supply to keep up with the demand, and when the demand is the bare-minimum and you still can't keep up with it, you have a problem. And if you're going to take forever making the food, it better be delicious and/or affordable- sadly their food was neither. The wings were not worth even half of the asking price- they were greasy, bland, and scrawny. Like if McDonald's came out with chicken wings- that's what they would taste like. The chicken sandwich was probably the best part of the ENTIRE experience- so thank you to whoever made it. The fries were ok, but the thing is I asked for cheese fries. And when I got them, they were regular fries with a $2 dipping cup of Velveeta on the side. Not the same thing. Add on top of that a weak $10 cocktail, and a $3 iced tea, and you have the absolute worst birthday dinner ever. Yep, it was my birthday. And now I'll remember it as the night my mom got robbed in Cairo. Whoever is leaving all these 5 star reviews on yelp and Facebook- yall are either not being honest, or you need to raise your standards. This is not a business model with any longevity.
